My 6 yrs old Lap top die & Geek Aquad, Use my old Hard drive & loaded it onto my new Lap top computer, I had over 100 pictures & items, I would had lost, if they did not do it...Thanks Geek Aquad. or to me really, Best Buy...

The back up on my computer was done quicker than i expected.

Service done seems good but Best Buy needs to hire more techs. Took 2.5 days just to get an appointment to drop off the computer, 1 day to service unit, 2.5 days for appt to pick unit up. 6 day wait could have been 2 days at most.

I needed a lot of data from my old PC moved to my new one. It was done perfectly, and apparently seamlessly. Was impressed by the professionalism, patience and and courtesy extended by the tech to this old lady. Thanks, GS!

Quick polite service. They were able to retrieve all the information off of my old computer after it crashed. They were open and honest about the process and pricing.

The Geek Squad took care of everything for me. Transfer of data, connectability, set up of everything that we need. They seemed to have all of the right questions and answers to take care of my concerns. Very nice kids! Spent time to make sure I was up and running! This service is huge to customers like me!!!

I purchased a new all-in-one desktop and brought it back for a data transfer more than four months later. The Geek Squad staff was friendly, knowledgeable and patient, and they completed the task perfectly and ahead of schedule.

I am pretty technical and have even built computers in the past but now that technology has changed so much there are better ways to transfer data. I purchase a new Laptop from Best Buy and needed ALL my data transferred to the new one from the old one. The tools being sold to us as Consumers is definitely not as sophisticated as what Best Buy Geek Squad has. I tried to transfer files and the computer stated it couldn't do some of them due to the file name being long. Well not with what Best Buy uses. The technician was able to transfer 1TB of data to my new Laptop and I didn't lose anything. It was done within a few days and thats it. It was worth my time not having to do it with all the issues I was having.

Very easy to schedule and utilize the services at Best Buy. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Answered all of my questions and transferred my computer files for me.

Had the Geek Squad back up my data when I bought a new computer. They transferred my files, pictures, docs and favorites from the old computer to my new one. Did a great job and very seamless to use.

The crew was able to transfer my data even though the computer decided to be uncooperative during our consultation. They were able to back up my laptop before it was sent out for repairs.

The staff were informative and helpful. They responded to calls and questions. One call that was promised did not happen .

The Geek squad transferred all my documents from my old computer to my new computer. They managed to do it pretty quickly as I work from home and couldn't work without a computer. They were so helpful and showed me how to find where all my documents were saved as well as how to recover documents from One Drive. I am so grateful and highly recommend them for any computer needs!

The service is very helpful if you are not tech savvy or just don't want to take the chance of harming your computer. The price is a little steep if you do not have geek squad tech support

All my data was transferred from my old computer to new with no issues.

The agents transferred pictures and other software to a back up hard drive . Fast and easy. Glad to have my old pictures again .

I got data backup when my hard drive crashed and needed to be replaced. The Geek Squad folks were able to rescue all of my data and put it all in one desktop folder on my new hard drive. Also great recommendations for new hard drive.

Best Buy employees are very knowledgeable and helpful.
