Very well trained staff. All seem well-versed on the large variety of products and most were eager to assist. They made it easy to shop and find the items I needed.

Hamilton was successfully able to transfer ALL my data from my old laptop to the new purchase!! So delighted. And when I picked it up, that rep (I forget his name) was very helpful. Explained everything to me; helped me understand the new laptop so I could get right to working w/o having to figure things out. I was so appreciative of the knowledge of both the Geek Squad guys. They were superb!!!

I was helped by a geek member who used language I could understand and who did not treat me like an unteachable customer. I was able to follow and apply what I learned so thank you for your patience.

The Geek Squad was patient, knowledgable and friendly when transferring my data and pictures from my older phone (that was damaged) to a new phone that I purchased during the Thanksgiving holidays. I was afraid that some of my info would be lost but they successfully transferred everything.

The Geek Squad transferred the data in the hard drive from a laptop that had stopped working to a new laptop purchased at Best Buy. The tech first tried to fix our non working computer. When that could not be done. We purchased a new computer and had the data transferred. The tech made certain we understood where all of our files were located and how to access them.

Very good data transfer and set-up service. Heaps of praise for the Geek Squad. Agents took the time to answer all my questions never rushing me through the process. I definitely recommend my Best Buy Geek Squad.

when transfer of data was done only 2 of about 18 files were actually transferred--and several files were lost forever. after contacting the geeks they were able to transfer the remaining files OK--1 file that i thought was lost wasnt but still missing 1--however unit is up and running and happy with it--especially compared with the old computer that was in poor condition.

The data transfer from my old laptop to my new one was done in a very timely manner. I have always been very happy with every contact with Geek Squad people. I so appreciate their expertise to help a computer illiterate such as myself.

It’s an overall good computer for the money. Looks clean and the build quality is nice. It gets noisy and hot. YouTuber “Bob of All Trades” goes over the G14 on a YouTube review “Asus G14 review! Hottest laptop yet!” and covers a fix for the VERY hot cpu. (I did not have a chance to try the fix though because I returned the laptop before seeing that review.) The Ryzen 9 processor is overpowered for the computer. My only problem is there isn’t higher ram options or higher GPU Options. (You can’t upgrade ram. You “can”, but you realistically can’t working in dual channel...) The processor is way more powerful than the rest of the computer. So Considering the 16gb ram and lower powered 2060 you can’t get a more powerful 14” laptop. It handled 3D rendering programs like SketchUp and TwinMotion effortlessly, better then my friends 1080 equipped desktop. So it’s an absolute beast with anything that will be CPU intensive. Best Buy lost one star because the computer actually failed. Completely unresponsive. The failure did seem to be a one-off and Best Buy did Immediately do a full refund. The fun part was having to pay to do a data recovery on their failed product. I didn’t even have the laptop for two weeks before it died. (future reference make sure you back up your data on day one.) Spending $100 for a recovery stung a little in the end.

When we purchased a new MacBook Pro for my wife the Geek Squad offered their transfer service. My wife had a ton of school and work things on her old computer. We left the old computer and the new computer with them and had it back in a few days. We felt it was a nice touch how the agent made sure that we opened up everything before we took it and he gave us a direct number to call if there were any issues so they could fix it right away. We felt they went the extra mile and will be using their services again.

When I went to store to buy computer there was no one working anywhere around. I waited 15 minutes in the Apple computer area and still no one showed. I wanted the computer and went over to the Geek Squad desk to see if I could get some help. The rep there was busy with a customer but was able to also take care of my needs by taking me over to a rep who was working in the camera department. That guy answered my questions, helped me with a date for in-home installation and rang up my sale. He couldn't have been nicer or more helpful

Always are able to solve my problems and explain very clearly to his senior! Easy to make appointment and they keep schedule on time.

Great help with backing up my stuff. Had it transferred to a new computer... no problem. Quick turn around too!

They had to take out the hard drive of my old laptop because the data couldn't be accessed in the cloud and transfer it to my new laptop. I didn't know how to do that so I was grateful for the service. However, it was a bit pricey, thus not 5 stars.

WOW! Geek Squad Service was very quick! I had data transferred from my old computer to the external drive. It was completed the next day!

Purchased a new laptop and the Geek Squad said they would transfer everything over from the old one in about 3 or 4 days. I then recieved a message the next night telling me it was ready! Thanks Geek Squad!

In store data transfer for new iMac. Good experience overall. There was no direct line though to talk to a real geek squad person. The phone message said I would receive a notification when my computer was ready, but I never did. The in store pick up was quick, the staff very knowledgable and courteous.
