I had the Geek Squad transfer over my files from an old desktop to my new laptop. They also set up the important functions that I used the most. Excellent and Fast service.

I am not a techie by anyone's measure, so this service was extremely helpful. The people I encountered were competent and professional and had zero condescension which is nice. I was never rushed through any process and all of my questions were answered to the fullest extent. I purchased the three year service package so I know if anything happens to this unit, or if I need general assistance, the Geek Squad team is standing ready to help. I was very satisfied with this part of the experience.

The agent did an amazing job transferring my data from my old computer to my new computer. The turnaround time was quicker than anticipated

The Geek Tech's are GENIUS ! They were able to transfer EVERYTHING from my old - 11yrs old - MAC. I had backup flash drives and they transferred those as well, but it really wasn't necessary. My documents and accounting apps were current to the date that my old MAC died. I was VERY impressed.

Great upgrade from my laptop. Had my files transferred by the Geek Squad and was up running with little or no difficulty.

Geek squad was able to back up my data from my former laptop and carry everything from my old laptop onto my new one. They created a new folder on the new desktop so that my old data and materials are stored in one central location and is/are easy to access when needed. They were able to back up all of my music, documents, and everything on my former computer onto my new one. The only downfall is that I have to purchase Microsoft Office again.

I had always been a Microsoft customer, but hassled with so many connections for various components: speakers, camera, printer, etc. I love my purchase of the new I Mac Apple Computer. It is easy to operate and is so sleek and self- contained, that it takes very little desk space. Visually it is a dream and the sound quality is terrific. Also, I was able to purchase a compatible software package that would allow me to download all my Microsoft Office files and documents. I can still use familiar Office software. Very satisfied customer.

I have used the Geek Squad on several occasions and I am always very pleased. Transferring data from one computer to another was definitely not my forte. I know that I can just hand over any computer equipment to the Squad and they will handle it all for me. All the information carried over without a hiccup. The Staff kept me in tune as to their progress and called me when ready. I do miss the mini class that was given by TJ when I purchased my Mac, because I sure could have used his instruction on the Windows 8.1 now on my new Toshiba.

They did a great job. I went in and set an appointment for the next open, 2pm. They said if I hangout for a few minutes there my be an opening—there was. I was thankful for this because it saved me from an hour extra drive.

They worked with me to get the job done, I needed special files loaded to a flash drive, they were super fast , had it done in a day! , I would give 5 stars except the lady that helped me was super rude, I was so happy that a nice gentleman came and took her place, I think he saw how rude she was being to me and came to diffuse the situation which he did very well and took care of my concerns about getting personal data transferred..

When I originally took my items in for processing, was surprised that the assessment was free. They did a good job of transferring data, but was disappointed as I had taken my hard drive in earlier and was told that they could transfer the data, but when I brought it in with the new computer they were not able to and was going to send it to another company with a $250 minimum to assess to see if they could transfer the data. I could have cost more

They were awesome when I purchased my computer. When the data was transferred, they were awesome at making sure I knew and understood where everything was and even set up some shortcuts on my desktop for quicker use. I took the computer in twice after that and they were awesome! I would recommend them to anyone that gets a computer and isn't that savvy on how to make it work. I went from Windows 7 to 10 when I got it, and they were great at explaining the differences and how to use it.

They have been a lifesaver, literally. They were fast and very courteous the entire time.

The Geek Squad transferred my data from my old damaged laptop to my new one. They were fast and friendly. What else can you ask for?

Brought in an old laptop that I was going to get rid of. Did a backup. Went as expected. Quick turnaround and no issues.

I was please with the overall service. The request was actually complete ahead of schedule. I wasn’t a fan of the appointment setting because I had to go in twice. From my experience of returning for my appointment, the information and system could have been completed on my first arrival without an appointment.

When my old computer died they was able to retrieve the data and put in on the new laptop.. very happy with the service

The agents backed up my new flash drive with the contents of my old laptop hard drive. With their work load it didn't take long to be notified my flash drive was ready for pick up. The backup was completed thoroughly and quickly.
