Brent and the geek squad team where amazing in getting my data 100% recovered and were extremely understanding with my time constraints. Everyone was very friendly, professional and Brent was great with quickly responding about any status of the data transfer. They went above and beyond what I expected to get all my data completely transferred. I will recommend these guys to everyone and will be back if I ever have tech problems in the future.

The GEEK SQUAD in-service tech did was successful removing an item on my laptop and completed a needed clean-up.

I am pretty good around a computer until something goes way wrong and then I go to Geek Squad. I bought a new computer and they transferred everything in a timely manner and were very patient with me and explained everything during the process. I bought a 2 year service contract with them and I've already chatted a couple of times when I needed help with something. It's one more thing I don't have to stress about just knowing they are there.

How easy could it be! I just dropped off my old laptop and my newly purchased laptop and a couple days later and came and picked the both up. They sat down with me and showed me how to use the new laptop and it was a quick and enjoyable experience.

The staff was very professional, patient and thorough. They gave us great assistance in retrieving data from a laptop that began to malfunction. They diagnosed the problem, arranged for the repair, and took care of copying all data from the drive into the back-up, and then assisted us in loading that data back into a new laptop. They were always courteous and responsive. Great job! Thanks to the team!

Easy to set up, Works like a charm. It appears bigger on line but it's very small and works perfectly!

We were having computer problems and took out laptop to the geek squad. They were able to fix the problem immediately. We were also in the market for a new laptop and they recommended one to us, got us to a sales clerk and we had purchased our new computer within minutes. We left our computers with the geek squad and they transferred all data for us. With our protection plan we paid nothing additional for the service. I will add that they were very patient and understanding of our lack of computer knowledge.

I bought this PC on line I did not have the option of picking it up at the local store. I paid for Geek Squad support. I am not an IT person, I believe in paying “Professionals” for specialized service. It was ”Eligible” for GEEK Squad set up so I had to wait for it to be delivered to my home, then take it to the local store and drop it off for set up, 50 miles round trip, twice. After I finally got it home I found that GEEK Squad failed to set up the files correctly This CP has a 125 Gig SD drive for processing and a Larger Hard disc drive for storage. The data was saved and transferred. but to the wrong drives. I had to take it back to them to get it correct another 50 mile trip, plus my time. When I got back home it still had issues I resorted to calling an IT savvy friend to get it right. I have used Geek Squad support numerous times in the past and been very pleased, this lack of professionalism is disappointing. If I only had this experience to base my review on it would be One Star. Now that it is set up correctly, it runs like a dream, love it.

Excellent data backup, all in tact. High priced but worth not losing data information.

I expected it to take a few day but was called after one day. They walked me through how to maneuver around on my new computer. Very happy how they take time and don’t rush you.

My old computer was fast approaching its last days, and I was trying to finish a project. I almost waited too long. The Geek Squad hooked up the hard drive to life support and slowly transferred data to an external hard drive. At first they couldn't get the hard drive to respond, but persistence and a smart manager brought it to life long enough to get all of my data. I am extremely grateful for their expertise.

I was very pleased that you people were able to salvage data from the hard drive of the prior computer. This had hundreds of hours of hard work on it and is fundamental to my career as a marine engineer. The power supply plug had melted and destroyed the receptacle on the prior computer. Although I had a backup hard drive it was not completely up to date and would have been a real nuisance to recover from paperwork.

Old computer had a hardware problem. I replaced it because it wasn't that expensive to start with. They transferred all my files from the old computer. I did have to download some of my program files again but the data files were ready to go. It was a much less stressful transition. It took about 24 hours to get it transferred and of course with a new computer I wanted it faster.
