David Ledbetter our friendly sales person was so helpful. He was able to help us with acquiring a printer that was comparable with our computer. Also your Geek Squad did a fantastic job backing up all our information that was on the old tower. Since we had to drive to Chattanooga to get it and wait to have the information transferred that day it was great. That way we didn't have to make another long trip to the store.

They did a great job transferring files from my old desktop pc to my new laptop.

I am happy with the data transfer but had to leave my computer/data overnight after I had been told that it would only take about 20 minutes. There seems to be some communication problem between the Best Buy Salesmen and the Geek Squad. I figured things out. There wasn't much of an explanation from the tech but to be fair, I was in a hurry.

The hard drive began having error messages and the Geek Squad tech told me I could replace the original hard drive with an ssd at a very low price. I bought the replacement ssd and left my computer with the Geek Squad and drove home. In a couple of hours I received a call to pick up my computer. I couldn't be happier with the service and convenience of the service at Best Buy.

The Geek Squad transferred all of my husband's data from his older Surface to the new Surface Pro 4 that I bought him for his Birthday. It was so simple and quick having them do it so I didn't have to spend hours of my time doing it and worry I might have missed something. It worked perfectly and he loves his new Surface and transitioned to it seamlessly thanks to the Geek Squad!

Geek squad transferred info and files from my old I-Pad to a new one. Transfer was quick and everything came over as expected including several thousand photos and videos. I have used Geek Squad for several things over the past two years and all have gone well.

My computer crusher and I had important work info trapped on the device. I took it to Geek Squad to see if they could possibly retrieve it. It took a couple of days due to them being backed up. I explained my situation, and the representative expedited my request.. We got most of the data back, however the two files I really needed could not be found. Outstanding effort though.

I took my 11 year old computer to the geek squad to recover my precious photos and they were great at helping me recover all of them on a computer that was about to die completely. Mission accomplished as always. Definitely worth the $100 data transfer. All our wedding photos and many many precious memories I was able to get backed up on Google, plus now I have everything on a flash drive.

Best service as always. I have purchased several computers and electronics at Best Buy. Every sales person is very knowledgeable and ALWAYS helpful.

The Geek Squad did an excellent job transfering and backing up the files from my prior computer to the new computer. The Samsung tech guy (Daniel) was very helpful with the data transfer for 2 phones. He answered questions about the functionality of the new phone and provided tips.

I brought in my late wife's old computer to have the photos and documents transferred to my new computer. Not only was her computer old, but it had been freezing up and would not open. The Geek Squad rep told me it might take a day, which was fine. Believe it or not, less then three hours later they called to tell me I could pick up my computer. These folks are great!

Having Geek squad transfer my files from my old PC to the new one was great. It saved me from spending hours trying to figure out how to do it and making sure it worked. This made the transition from old to new much easier. I was a little disappointed in how long it took them to do this - 3 days.

I recently purchased a new computer for my office. Rather than work on the data transfer myself, I enlisted the fast and friendly service provided by the Geek Squad. I dropped off my old computer and they completed the transfer while I had lunch and completed a couple of errands. All data was transferred accurately and I have had no issues accessing the old data on my new computer.
