Jun helped me a lot with the transfer of data from one computer to the other, he even trained me on my new computer, I am using the services of Geek squad for years and I am entirely satisfied and will continue. I am senior and when I need help, you do the job

They were helpful and informative and recovered all my photos. I'll never lose them again since they've been put onto this drive.

With the data recovery service I was able to get my daughter's newborn pictures back with various other documents. I was treated with respect and everything was very open. There were no hidden fees or unexpected charges. My only complaint is that I was not notified when the service was complete. I just happened to call and inquire when I felt it was necessary.

my 2.5 year old PC tower got knocked over , the video card got destroyed , i decided to get a new gaming PC from Best Buy , also i got the one year Tech Support , Agent A. did the data transfer , he was able to recover and transfer everything great job , all i had to do was boot it up add a couple things and go . Thanks !!!

Richard did a great job getting my computer on line, my data transferred and my printer connected. Really appreciated it ! Usually I have been able to do these things but I knew I couldn't do this.

I bought an iPhone and they transferred my data from my old iPhone. It's not that hard to do yourself but I was in a hurry for a trip and just wanted it done on the spot and was worth it when buying the TotalTech plan.

Although the Geek Squad wasn't able to repair my computer, they were able to transfer all of the data to another drive. The process was easy and they were finished quickly. They also provided a few recommendations for a replacement computer.

Great people, very helpful, quick service, no complaints

When my computer crapped out I was worried that I would lose all the pictures that I had on the hard drive. Especially since the majority of them were irreplaceable including pics of a deceased loved one. They came through with fixing the computer and restoring everything the way it was before, including the pictures. Thank you Geek Squad!

I had an issue w/my first computer. Took it into Geek Squad 2 days after purchase, they ended up having to give me another computer. At first, they told me they may not be able to get all my files. I was like, ok. As long as I get my computer working, I'll be a happy camper. Well, they worked their magic & I got all my files!! Woohoo!!

We had to have our computer fixed because it wasn't working. We had to have the antivirus replaced so we now use Webroot which seems to be okay so far. We had our data backed up and a copy of it was put on a flash drive for our personal use. We were very happy with the Best Buy team. And it was all done at minimal cost! That's the best part!

When my cats decided to spill my drink over my laptop (not a fun time), I had lost the ability to use or access my files for school. When I explained my situation to the Geek Squad, they were so nice and had everything transferred over for me on my new laptop. Everything was there and exactly how I had it on my old laptop. Purchased an IMacac and had the Geek Squad transfer all of our old Dell memory to the new computer, add new software, and clean up our our old Dell. Great service with a two to three day turnaround , particularly now that the snowbirds had left Scottsdale for the summer. Service during the winter season is always understaffed and somewhat of a hassle.

It was a fast and easy process. Cheaper than at other electronic stores ive been too. The customer service was great!

The techs in the phone department were excellent. I was purchasing a new phone for my mother-in-law and they made it quick easy and efficient. They assisted with data transfer and were very nice. I would recommend buying a phone from Best Buy anytime
