Great service, very nice, answered all my questions.

I was pleased with the recovery of my old computer to my new Mac Air. I had no way to do this job myself as I am an elderly female not of the computer savvy generation.

Data transfer was completed twice. Had purchased a Lenovo laptop from Best Buy . Data w as transferred. Laptop proved to be defective. Returned the laptop which was replaced by an Acer. Data was transferred. Currently rebuilding files. Data transfer was good. Hope this proves to be a good purchase..Might recommend BB to a friend. Geek Squad is great.

If you need help purchase the Geek Squad program. It is the best. The help at the Sherman Store was outstanding in helping me get my new computer set up. Could not have done it without them as they transferred all my documents from my prior iMac to my new iMac and removed all the documents that were not necessary. Hurrah for the Geek Squad!!!!!

Had a lightning strike and took out my previous model. Crew at G.S. checked it out, FRIED! Helped me pick out a better than New replacement, saved and transferred my salvaged data and set up the new unit. Professional start to finish, on time and for a fair price!

Agents were unable to perform my backup, but offered me a refund. They were knowledgeable and helped me to understand the problems with my computer.

I can't recommend these guys highly enough. They saved all my data on my crashed laptop. And, when I couldn't access it (my fault) they said being it back in and they were super cool about showing me where it was on my hard drive. Eric(k) at the store is awesome !

I purchased a new Mac Book Pro because my old one had a bad mother board that needed to be replaced. On Wednesday before Black Friday, the Geek Squad rushed moving all my old data from the old hard drive to the new computer because I had to leave town. Their work was flawless and they keep you informed every step of the way. Good group of people.

As a Totaltech member the transfer of all my software, pictures, documents, etc. from my old to my new computer was at no cost. I did not trust myself to make the transfer successfully and did not want to risk losing my data.

I had an 8 yr old desktop that had some info I needed to keep, but it really needed to go. I finally took it in and the Geek Squad handled it all. I had to supply the backup medium (flashdrives) but they were able to sort and save docs on one, pictures on another and music on the last one. So far I haven't had a problem with using the flashdrives. Glad I finally got it done.

Was overjoyed that to Geek Squad was able to recover all the data from my old computer that decided to quit working.

The agent was able to remove negative attack and save all my files. Excellent job!

Geek Squad did a fantastic job transferring my data from my old computer to my new one. I was very concerned about how long it would take, but they jumped on the job and got it done on the same day. Geek Squad backed up all my important files. They did it in record time as well.

I needed to get rid of a very old desk top computer but it had all my old pictures and documents on it. The service was quick and easy erased everything off of my old computer andI donated it to an organization that takes the parts and uses it to rebuild new computers.

The entire process of removing and transferring information from my old laptop to my new laptop was seamless. The time it took to handle the entire transfer process was as stated. There were no surprises. The staff actually contacted me with any questions. I had a follow-up with the Tech Team and their response was timely and perfect!

Transfer and backup is so much easier to go to the store and have geek squad help you transfer all your files over then you know and are reassured you aren’t missing anything

The geek squad transferred everything from our old machine to the new one and had all the windows programs updated for us

We had a file backup done and a software reinstall and repair. My computer was not installing needed updates, and my wife's side of the computer froze up and she could not log in. Geek Squad removed and reinstalled Windows 7, as the unneeded automatic earlier installation of unwanted Windows 10, and Geek Squad reinstall of Windows 7 had made the system unstable and buggy. Also they repaired my wife's user ID and attempted to restore her large music files. That was only partially successful, as many artists and albums were permanently lost and were not recovered, either on the computer as well as the backup device we bought for Geek Squad to archive them. Nearly all of my contact list on Windows Live Mail were lost. A few days ago, I switched over to Comcast Mail for e-mailing, and many (not all) of my contacts appeared there. I think the Geek Squad over promised what they were able to accomplish. They took several days longer than promised, but did stay in touch and tried to explain what problems they were working on in terms we could understand.

I had this done to 2 separate computers and the first time they did exactly what I wanted such as back up all my data and reset my computer but the second computer they backed everything up but didn't erase everything like i asked so now I have to go back and have them do it again.
