The agents transferred my information from my old laptop to my new one and were extremely helpful and informative,

I needed to have data pulled off of a laptop hard drive, which would no longer boot. Very smooth process and was done in just a few days (BB was really busy, otherwise it would have taken less time). Tech was knowledgeable.

Geek Squad did a fantastic job transferring my data from my old computer to my new one. I was very concerned about how long it would take, but they jumped on the job and got it done on the same day. They were patient in listening to me and explaining things to me. I have used Geek Squad before, and they have never disappointed me. Thank you!!!

I took my laptop to the Geek Squad because I could not even logon. The agent assured me that they would get right on it. I was told it would take up to 4 days to find the problem. Within 2 days, they had found the problem and backed up my data. Now I am back in business again thanks to the Geek Squad.

The entire process of removing and transferring information from my old laptop to my new laptop was seamless. The time it took to handle the entire transfer process was as stated. For a person such as myself who is Technology Challenged one of the best services to purchase. Every time I called the Representatives have been courteous and knowledgeable and if that Rep. could not figure out the problem they would give to to someone who could. Also great that they can have remote access to my computer and do their own thing to get the problem fixed :)

The Geek Squad had my new HP Envy x360 i7 up and running quickly and efficiently. They transferred all my data from my old laptop to the new laptop and everything worked perfectly.

I brought in a "dead" computer in the vain hope that they could retrieve my tax info...they not only could, but they told me my computer was fixable, found my files and transferred the ones I needed to an external hard drive for me! I am computer illiterate, so they explained it very slowly and thoroughly with a lot of smiles too-thanks!!

I'm very impressed with the Macedonia Ohio geek squad! They did an outstanding job transferring my data to my new computer in a very timely manner. I was afraid it would take a few days to get it done, but they called me early the next day to let me know it was complete. They even reviewed my files with me to make sure they all transferred.

I needed to get rid of a very old desk top computer but it had all my old pictures and documents on it. The service was quick and easy erased everything off of my old computer andI donated it to an organization that takes the parts and uses it to rebuild new computers.

I took my laptop in to the Geek Squad due to a serious virus. They had me purchase a portable hard drive for back up. They told me that the drive would be plugged in and backup automatically all the time. I've been using the computer and just realized that the portable drive isn't doing anything. Disappointed.

Just got the Samsung Galaxy S5 (which I love, BTW), and needed my phone synced to my car. I didn't know how to do it, so asked the Geek Squad to once again come to my rescue. Geek Squad quickly got my laptop back to working order within the promised time frame. All of my data was recovered. The operating system was updated & I got it back working faster. They helped to reinstall some of the software that I would otherwise not have been able to recover from home. I highly recommend getting this service!
