Went to them when my HP desktop and monitor froze. Motherboard was just about gone, RIP. They helped me with my new computer decision, transferred my data from the old to the new Lenovo laptop. They were professional, responsive, and pretty fast turnaround. I signed up for the 2 year service and extended warranty on my laptop too.

After bringing my computer, there were some files I couldn't find. Upon returning to the store, the Geek squad spent several hours locating the files and then were very patient explaining where the information was and how to find it. They worked professionally and efficiently.

The Store representative was very knowledgeable and helpful for my purchase of a new PC, answering all my questions with a clear understanding. The new PC was delivered in a timely basis. Before delivery he informed me how I could save money with an annual membership opposed to a 2-year protection plan. Unfortunately, I don't have his name to give him the credit he deserves in this revue.

I had my data from my old computer transferred to my new one. The tech worked really hard to get it done quickly for my business computer. When I came the next day to pick it up, he was so helpful! He showed me all the new and unfamiliar features. He was very patient, explaining to me in laymanssimplify terms so I could understand!

Overall, the transfer was what I expected. I went from a Dell computer running windows xp office edition to an iMac. I needed all of the documents and pictures to be transferred to the iMac and being new to the iMac, needed some help as how to navigate to the transferred items. Everything was done in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. Very well done.

My Hard drive was starting to fail after 5/2 years. Geek Squad did an outstanding job of transferring all the data from the old drive to the new hard drive. They were co-operative in transferring all the data that i wantd and needed, including the downloads. This has reduced my effort to get back up and running. Great Job!!!

The guy from Geek Squad was very friendly, helpful and polite. He transferred all the files from my old laptop to my new laptop very easy-even though I didn't buy my new laptop at Best Buy. For the $100 service fee, I think it was worth it. The transfer was completed in a day and I picked up my laptop the very next day.

This is the 2nd iMac that I’ve bought in five years. I didn’t have any problems w/the the 1st one until I did an upgrade. Apple had the warranty and 1 problem led to another. I bought this one and Geek Squad transferred all of the data and fixed the problems. My husband now has and uses the 1st one and I’m very pleased w/my new iMAC ad it’s new features.

Spoke w/sales person, described what I was looking for and why and price range. This was a very good recommendation and I am very satisfied with advice as well as Geek Squads diligence in transferring hard drive stuff from old laptop to new notebook even after giving them a corrupted slave drive..

My old computer crashed while I was trying to do my taxes. My old laptop lost its display, so with the purchase of a new laptop, I added the data transfer service by Geek Squad. There was a lot of data to move, pictures, pdfs, music,word documents, etc. Everything from desktop to program data files were transferred properly. Saved me a lot of time.

The Geek Squad at my local Best Buy talked me through the whole process when my hard drive went down. I bought a new computer and they transferred what was left on the hard drive to my new computer retaining my music and photos. The estimated time was 2-3 days but I was called the next day letting me know it was finished.

Although the Geek squad did their best to obtain the information on my crashed hard drive they were unable to retrieve the information. Fortunately what I wanted was in the icloud so it was not a problem. They determined in a timely manor that they were not able to retrieve the information.
