Geek Squad transferred files from a dead laptop's hard drive to my new system. Process was very easy and quick, would recommend.

The agent understood my needs and took care of in a timely manner.

I had my PC tuned up, and had forgotten how well it could perform. The service was both friendly and professional. Given the current virus issues, and that the Geek Squad folks are on the front lines, this is the best I would hope to get.

I have been using the GEEK Squad for several years now and as a service organization, either in the store or on line, they have always performed very satisfactorily and gotten the problem/job done. Worth the added cost when purchasing an item and keeping the service active as long as you own it.

The Geek Squad completed my computer work quickly and satisfactorily. But upon checkout, with more than a $1000 price tag, I was not offered a Best Buy Rewards account. So I missed out on a reward. When I tried to sign up after the fact I was told it was too late.

Geek Squad in the Best Buy Store in New Port Richey Florida did an excellent job with the data backup. PC needed a replacement CPU fan and then Geek Squad team was very helpful in locating the replacement fan and complete the fan installation. Very professional service!

The agents went tried to recover a deleted folder from my external hard drive.

I was worried that my data from my broken 3 in 1 would not be able to be loaded onto my new laptop. The Geek Squad did get my 3 in 1 turned on. It had fallen off the table onto the corner of the on/off switch. They assured me that they would be able to do the transfer. Yay!!!!

The agents were able to capture all data from my damaged PC and install it on my new PC. They provided clear explanations of what could be recoverable and what could not be transferred. Very professional.

Data back-up was accurate and thorough. I wish it could have been done within 24 hours, but since I brought it in on a Friday evening, 48 hours was OK. No problems using the backup since I got it home.

They transferred my data to the new computer and stripped the data from the old laptop so my grandchildren can use it for obtaining homework for school. They did everything I requested plus some ideas they had and it couldn't have worked smoother. Well worth the money. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Best buy saved all of my data. Good turn around time. Helped me get a replacement PC as well.

Geeks are the best. They completely set up my new HP Laptop and did the transfers from my old computer. Total Tech is worth the cost. Recommend it for all seniors.

The agent at the Baytown, TX store replaced my failed hard drive and restored my data. Traveling the country in an RV for over 5 years, I've always found Geek Squad agents around the country to be very professional and they have fixed my computers every time.

The ease of transfer of all our documents to new computer was wonderful. The agents explained everything to us in detail when we picked up the computers. They also gave suggestions for our old computer.

When I originally purchased the computer they asked me if I needed the info backed up from my old computer. I did not at that time. I ended up going back and I told them that the original salesman had told me they would do it for a certain price.This particular salesman said "no it's never that price". He was so convinced I was wrong so I asked to speak to a manager. He nicely said he would override the price the original salesman told me it would be. Lo and behold! They ring it up and it DID come up the price the guy told me. They just were like "oh, he must know something we don't know". I would recommend their back up service - I just hope the sales people are updated with the current info. And remember: the customer is always right.

I needed to have my laptop files transferred to a DVD because the laptop was broken and too expensive to repair. The Geek Squad did the transfer later that same day even though they said it might take a day or two. Good customer service, nice Geek Squad guy, not too long a wait in line to be helped. All-in-all a good experience.

They are always patient and polite. All of the Geek Squad members whom I have met are very knowledgeable.

The team did a great job loading up everything. I was really upset when my last one died. They put everything in the new computer and I felt like my personal files and history was alive again. Thank you very much. Such a relief. It was time to update and I am glad they did a good job.
