Great service, they originally told me 3-5 business days but followed up with a call that they have to manually transfer each file sucessfully. I was very thankful they were able to retrieve all from my corrupted hard drive

Data transfer is the best thing ever! I recently dropped my labtop that stored all of my important information such as papers, resumes, etc. After the dropped my labtop could no longer come on. I went to Best Buy and they were able to transfer all of my information from my old labtop to my new labtop.

I purchased a new computer and had the geek squad transfer information from old one and set up new one with my current anti-virus and new office word. Everything went great. They answered all my questions. It is nice that you can make an appointment with them so that you don't have to wait:)

They were able to retrieve all the files that I needed on my old computer and get them transferred to my new computer. This was great as was afraid I'd lost everything that was on my old computer before it totally crashed! Great Job!

Got a new computer and needed data from old computer transferred. Got everything transferred flawlessly and quickly for very little cost. Would definitely recommend to anyone buying a new computer who doesn't want the hassle of trying to transfer everything him/herself.

These people saved my 2011 laptop. I had the BSOD (blue screen of death) and couldn't reboot at all. They found a bunch of viruses that my always on WebRoot AV didn't catch. They added RAM and deleted unnecessary files. Now my computer works like it's brand new. Thanks for saving me, Geek Squad.

When my laptop died AT TAX TIME I was in a serious panic. You guys saved my butt. With the Data Backup I was able to retrieve my accounting info and my other files so that I could do my payroll and then I was also able to finish my taxes without additional stress.

They did a great job transfering my stuff from one computor to the new one. I didn't like the Idea of having to make so many trips to town to have it done. we live 50 miles round trip. I had to make 3 trips which was 150 miles.

I wish I could remember the name of the person who has helped me twice now in the phone section of my store, as he is knowledgeable and is great at customer service. He helped me with transferring from one phone to another, with finding a new phone for my mom (who is in her 80s), and finding a phone for my brother that was a good phone at an excellent price. I appreciate the great customer service!

I am so happy with Geek squad. I had purchased a 2 year plan when I purchased my desktop and have had to use it several times over the last 18 months. I finally replaced it with a new ASUS laptop and had Geek Squad set up with info still on desktop hard drive. Completed in 1 day. Very happy.

The Geek Squad did a great job recovering and backing up the data. I wasn't sure they would be able to because the laptop would not power on, but I was really happy they were able to back up the data.

When I purchased my new Apple MacBook Pro the Geek Squad took care of transferring the data from my old computer to the new one. It was quick and smooth. Great Job!!!

This was the first time I ever used the Geek Squad. I was hit by Ransomware on my laptop. They were able to do a huge 233GB recovery and OS Reinstall. Not a single file was lost! These guys are the best! Thank you so much for rescuing me out of a very bad situation. Highly recommended!!!

dropped PC off without a wait. was told it would take 5 days. I got a call the very next day saying it was done.There was more on the PC then I had origianlly anticipated, they recovered everthing!! and then disposed of the computer as well for no extra charge, Thank you Geek squad

Needed a vehicle to create a recover disk and purchased this product at the recommendation of a Geek Tech. Was a good price and easily created the recover disk without issues. Haven't had to use it as yet so not sure about the integrity of the data
