The Geek Squad completed my computer work quickly and satisfactorily. But upon checkout, with more than a $1000 price tag, I was not offered a Best Buy Rewards account. So I missed out on a reward. When I tried to sign up after the fact I was told it was too late.

I had to buy a new computer because lightening got my other one. I use it for business and wanted to get it up and running quickly. So far, So good. All of the Geek Squad people that I dealt with were friendly. My only issue: After purchasing my computer at the Port Richey store (this one is nearest to me) I was going to have them do the data transfer but, their next available appointment was 7:20 that night. I wanted something sooner so I made an appoint at the Citrus Park store because they had an earlier appointment time. I didn't know I was going to have to leave my computer overnight. If the first store would have told me that (I was talking to them in person) I would have just left it there. So that was alot more time spent, but got computer back, hooked up, and all is well.

The Geek Squad members that verified the status of my Old ACER and then transfered the data from it to the new HP were exceptionally well versed in the process and the results enabled me to complete a lenghty project without having to recoup the data peviously requiring 94 days to accumulate.

They saved everything on my computer and gave me great options for fixing or purchasing another computer. They were quick to get my external hard drive back time do I could continue to work and returned phone calls quickly in order to make a decision on how to proceed after learning what the problem was with the computer.

I was a little disappointed that I had to schedule the transfer. I was pleasantly surprised when they called two days early to let me know they were finished and I could come pick it up. I also received an email and another follow up phone call to make sure I was aware the work was completed.

They were able to transfer my data from my old phone even though my old phone had some problems. I'm very happy with their help.

They did a great job setting up my new laptop and transferring all the data from the old one, which had crashed. So glad I purchased the one-year membership covering all electronics for $199. Well worth it to get such knowledgeable, reliable and prompt service.

all staff at the store were friendly and very helpful. they helped my mother make an informed decision and didn't try to oversell. I really appreciate that. she is elderly and very satisfied with her purchase.

When I originally purchased the computer they asked me if I needed the info backed up from my old computer. I did not at that time. I ended up going back and I told them that the original salesman had told me they would do it for a certain price.This particular salesman said "no it's never that price". He was so convinced I was wrong so I asked to speak to a manager. He nicely said he would override the price the original salesman told me it would be. Lo and behold! They ring it up and it DID come up the price the guy told me. They just were like "oh, he must know something we don't know". I would recommend their back up service - I just hope the sales people are updated with the current info. And remember: the customer is always right.

The agents transferred my data onto a newer computer without any issues. I actually thought it would be no charge since I renew my Geek Squad membership every year, but I understand that this is out of scope of the plan and was told before the work was done.

I have had the data plan for years and the Geek Squad is always helpful when I need them! They are great!!

When my hard drive failed and needed to be replaced, I thought I'd lost all of my unbacked up data. But the Geek Squad came to my rescue! They recovered most all of the data on the failed hard drive. I'm so thankful and they did excellent work in record time. Thank you Geek Squad!

The Geek Squad did a great job recovering and backing up the data. I wasn't sure they would be able to because the laptop would not power on, but I was really happy they were able to back up the data.

Quick and thorough, transferred all my data from my old laptop to my new one. Plus ran a tune-up on my old one to keep it from crashing again.

I was impressed by the skill and knowledge of the Geek Squad. They could move from one laptop to an older model without losing a beat. The agent moved from my laptop to a large server that came in after me. When I could not remember my email password they used my cell phone to solve the problem.

Geeks are the best. They completely set up my new HP Laptop and did the transfers from my old computer. Total Tech is worth the cost. Recommend it for all seniors.

I had the unfortunate incident of losing all of my information when my HP Laptop crashed. The Bridgewater Geek Squad: Bobby, Chris and Nick all were very helpful and courteous on my multiple visits. I tried getting a new HP, by after a week changed to a MAC. They helped me every step of the way. My biggest concern is the inability to reach the store directly. The automated answering by machine is difficult and the wait is long.

The My Passport Ultra is a great premium storage device. Western Digital builds really dependable devices and their prices are always competitive with other manufacturers. I had always heard that you should get one at least double the size of what you need for storage. The device is working great.
