The agent did an excellent job and stuck with it until he got it right! Most would thrown up their hands and told me to take it into the shop but not him! I am highly impressed, and that is rare!

When my computer and back up drive crashed at the same time. i was able to set up an appointment with the geek squad quickly so they could try to save my all of my files. They were courteous knowledgeable and was able to retrieve everything in record time

Geek Squad salvaged all my files from my old corrupt hard drive and put on new laptop. Excellent, real time saver! But was this the same rep who then did not update the laptop as I was told? Took me couple hours at home to update Windows and HP drivers. When I got home, Windows showed message laptop was updated but anyone who has been around Windows knows never to trust this message. This laptop required two major required updates (marked with red exclamation marks) along with other various minor Windows updates but also couple major HP updates. GS reps are very professional and pleasant to work with. I will recommend GS because they salvaged the hard drive which I could not do.

They successfully transferred all my data and settings from my old Mac to my new Mac.

It was a complete success!!! I have all of the Apps that was downloaded to my previous phone. I have all of my photos as well!

Our computer was "fried " during a recent power surge. We purchased a new computer and brought in the old one. The geek squad was able to transfer the data. The process took less than 24 hours. They also went over the data and location on the new computer with us. Thank you!! geek squad

The jump from XP to 8.1 is not intuitive. Still learning. The Geek Squad did a good job of transferring data, download AOL, and helping AOL find the archived files. Also very patient in helping me find my way around. They will see me again as I make a list of confusing things.

Bought a new PC and had the files from my old computer transferred to it. The tech. did a good job. Be aware that program files may not transfer due to licensing issues.

Team did a great job at retrieving data off my old computer and pulled all the files I requested. At the same time I underwent a migration (and data move) with my company and they had an "expert" team of people and that migration was awful. Geek Squad made things extremely simple for me and I appreciate their help.

Computer crashed, lost all my pictures and data. Geek Squad level 2 needed. They were able to recover over 90% of my data. Thanks to them I have my photos back. Well worth the cost. When data returned, they made sure I could access it on my new storage unit. Fantastic assistance with a smile.

The Geek Squad is always a huge benefit to have! The are knowledgeable and, if you make an appointment, are fairly timely with waiting on you. They are able to fix your problem, most times in the store, or are able to send it away it your computer issue is not immediately rectifiable.

I needed backup service done on an emergent basis so of course, the Geek Squad came to mind. They did an effective job recovering my files, though wish it wouldn't come at such a cost. Nonetheless, I got what I needed. Staff was friendly. Service completed in a timely fashion.
