Newbie to the Mac world and I was given a quick lesson on the nuances and differences. This helped a lot and have had no problems with the iMac that I had with a windows product. Also paid to have my data transferred and though I have to do some reorganizing, all went well

We purchased a new MacBook Pro and they transferred our data in three days.

Geek squad did a great job getting all my wife's data and photos transferred to new computer from a very old and obsolete computer. We were very concerned about loss of data but all was transferred and Geek squad spent plenty of time explaining it to my wife. Very satisfied.

I needed all the information from my old dead computer transferred to the new one. They said it could take up to 24 hours but they were going to closed the following day because it was Easter. It ended up taking a couple of hours and I had everything I needed!

I always get the data back-up whenever I need to purchase a new computer or get an old one serviced. It is well-worth the money not to lose all my data. I can back up on an external hard drive and do, but I still want everything there when I pick up the computer
