On the advice from the Geek Squad to purchase this device. They transferred my data, which I thought was lost forever, I came home plugged it into my new Mac and am as happy as can be! Buy almost all of my electronics from you and am always happy with the advice and purchases.

Great job, so helpful. They saved all of my important files on a thumb drive. Don't know what I would do without their help. They always go above and beyond in answering my questions and helping with any problems I may encounter. Thank you so much Geek Squad!

It appears that everything was backed up properly. The back up was from a older computer that I couldn’t get to backup on my own. Service took two days if that. No complaints with the data transfer service.

My laptop inexplicably crashed leaving me unable to access all my most precious photos, along with research and teaching documents. (Yes, I know I should back these up BEFORE my computer crashes.) Appreciate the quick and easy service at Geek Squad to get my files back!

I have been to Best Buy so very many times since mid March when I had to get a new computer. I really don't know what I am talking about on this review. The 2 Geek Guy house calls were very, very helpful and kept me from having to take printer and laptop in again.

Geeks squad successfully transferred all of my data from my old PC that wouldn't turn on onto my newly purchased Samsung Galaxy device. I've had Geek Squad since 2011.

I was glad to learn the fix was quicker than projected

Geek Squad did a very nice job transferring our data and installing new programs. Most of our customization on our previous computer was also transferred with a few exceptions that we were able to fix. Afterwards, they gave us support until everything was just right.

Justin was the Geek Squad member who helped me with data transfer. I am so thankful for his help. He was able to transfer my emails, etc. His help was invaluable to me. Some of the email storage folders were very crucial to me. Justin went the 'second mile' KUDOS to Justin!!!!

Bought a new MacBook and wanted all my files pictures and stuff transferred to new laptop and clean out old laptop to a factor restored state. All perfectly done in 24 hours including loading and setting up Office 365 and ITunes. Over joyed! Way to go if you are upgrading!

I asked for my old dead computer to have its hard drive copied over to a new one that I was purchasing from Best Buy. They did it super-fast, and I had my new computer---and all my old files---operational in no time at all. Gave it back to me faster than expected!

The agent transferred all my data from my Samsung to my Pixel 7 with ease. It was wonderful to get rid of my horrible Samsung phone!

Techs worked hard to transfer all my photos and files from our laptop to the new all-in-one. Had to go back because we couldn't find where they all were stored, but they solved the problem quickly. Made the transition from the laptop to the all-in-one relatively painless!

I walked into Best Buy without an appointment with the Geek Squad. Upon approaching the desk a person immediately asked what they could do for me. I explained my issue, presented my laptop and the agen immediately gave me a brief overview of the possible issue. The issue was resolved within 24 hours!!!

This was part of replacing my hard drive. My hard drive was failing. Took my computer to a Best Buy and the Geek Squad replaced it and transferred my data from my old drive to my new one. It was done and ready before their projected completion time. Works great!

group @ the Tallahassee, FL store are a fantastic group! when bought new computer they transferred data so fast that I was almost home on the same day when got a call that everything was ready. they have always treated me with respect & fixed any issue I brought to them.

Purchased a new HP Envy and needed everything transferred from my old, and I might add crashed, laptop. Its like they stayed overnight to get this done! All my information was moved, plus they took the time to fire up the HP and go thru the basics for me. Very professional.
