Data Retrieval

It appears all data was retrieved to the month of August when the hard drive on my previous MacBook Pro died! I am very grateful for there success! A very professional team with great COVID practices including sanitizing surfaces when the job was completed!

Great Service and Great Geek Squad Representative

I cannot say enough good things and I would give him 10 stars if I could.

New computer installed and data transfer

She kept me informed and explained everything she was doing throughout the process. She was also very aware of Covid precautions as well as wearing her disposable shoes during the process. I couldn't have been happier!

Postive Experience

Taylor is very knowledgeable with Apple and Windows and he is a good communicator. We have asked to have him come out again to help with a few more issues.

Data Transfer made my life so much easier!

I was impressed that the tech checked out everything, making sure that my new computer recognized my old printer.

Total Tech Support is worthwhile!

Write down your questions and take his suggestions. It's definitely worth the $50 for him to come to your home and work one-on-one with you on your tech issues.

The explained the system and were very helpful. They did a great job in a timely manner.
