Everything was completed professionally!
Everything was completed on the schedule given to me in the store. The person doing the install called ahead of time to let me know exactly when to expect him. He completed the work fairly quickly and got everything set up and working and then spent the time to explain everything about my new purchase in terms that I could understand. Sometimes for this old Geek the explanations by the Tech-savvy people can be way over my head but this was done so that this old Geek was thrilled with the results! Great Job!

Geek Squad Home Service for New Computer Install
My Geek Squad Agent Victor completed my in-home data transfer to my new computer in a surprisingly short amount of time, He also set up my new HP printer and tested it, He answered all my questions, His updates to arrival were spot on and he was polite, respectful and thoughtful for this significant change in my personal home computer set up. He was careful to ask for my preferences. It was a very excellent experience.

Agent Carlos provided excellent service.
The agent backed up all my files from my old Inspiron computer to the new Inspiron 3880. He set up the camera. Also he helped me set up a new email address and provided easy access to my emails by clicking on an icon on my homepage. He showed me how to access my wifi on my new smart phone. In general he helped increase my confidence in getting back to daily use - I had no access to the internet since Dec. 23rd 2021.
