Everything was completed on the schedule given to me in the store. The person doing the install called ahead of time to let me know exactly when to expect him. He completed the work fairly quickly and got everything set up and working and then spent the time to explain everything about my new purchase in terms that I could understand. Sometimes for this old Geek the explanations by the Tech-savvy people can be way over my head but this was done so that this old Geek was thrilled with the results! Great Job!

My Geek Squad Agent Victor completed my in-home data transfer to my new computer in a surprisingly short amount of time, He also set up my new HP printer and tested it, He answered all my questions, His updates to arrival were spot on and he was polite, respectful and thoughtful for this significant change in my personal home computer set up. He was careful to ask for my preferences. It was a very excellent experience.

The agent backed up all my files from my old Inspiron computer to the new Inspiron 3880. He set up the camera. Also he helped me set up a new email address and provided easy access to my emails by clicking on an icon on my homepage. He showed me how to access my wifi on my new smart phone. In general he helped increase my confidence in getting back to daily use - I had no access to the internet since Dec. 23rd 2021.

Service was timand thorough. Agent was knowledgeable and efficient.

Daniel Griffis from the Geek Squad was excellent - he gave me a LOT of good info along with doing the data transfer. I definitely felt that it was worth every penny. Daniel was not only very knowledgeable, but he was very professional and answered all of my questions.

Our tech did a fantastic job setting up our new desktop and moving all data from the previous desktop to the new one. He made sure our printer, wifi, etc were working perfectly before he left. All this in just a couple of hours at most. We could not be happier!

IPurchased new laptop. On scheduled appointment, Mike transferred data from old laptop to new one and set up existing printer. Mike made several suggestions for best operation of new computer and patiently answered my questions to my satisfaction. In addition, Mike was on time and called before he arrived giving me a time estimate as to when he expected to arrive at my home. During his time in our home, Mike adhered to all the needed COVID protocols. I appreciate his efforts!

Agent, Jim, transferred my files from my old computer to my new one efficiently. Since I'm not too tech savvy, this was a big help for me. While i'm still not too familar with Windows 10,I'm pleased that all my files seem to have been transferred & available. Tech also left me his phone number after providing a brief overview & answering my questions in the event I would have any further questions. He was very patient & helpful.

I purchased a new laptop to replace my prior which was 7 years old. Geek Squad had set up the old one and I had them come do the same for the new one because I am not too techie. The technician who came to our house was efficient and knowledgeable. The processes for COVID-19 were impressive. I was 100% satisfied with the service. My only complaint is that I had to wait almost two weeks to get the appointment as they are very busy.

Jeremy transferred data from my old computer to my new laptop. He was very fast and so very knowledgeable, especially having to work with old software. He also hooked up the printer with the new laptop. He disabled my old computer because he found a virus in the computer. He also hooked up my old (very large) screen to the little laptop. Needless to say, I'm very happy. He saved and transferred all the folders I requested. Thank you for Jeremy!

The agent set up my New Laptop and mingled it with my Desktop and second laptop very well! It was done very well and it only took 45 minutes - Start to Finish!

The very knowledgeable friendly tech arrived as scheduled. He started by asking what I needed done and what my expectations were. He proceeded to transfer my Data and basically walked me through what he was doing and why. I had personally tried to transfer data years ago and kept running into parts of the program where I would have to make a decision that I was unsure of. Some valuable files were not transferred. I now leave it to the pros.
