He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me so I could understand. The main thing is he was patient and kind. That is important to an old man like me :-)

Stood by most of time he was working and I asked numerous questions about the product and apps that were added or already on the unit. He easily and with patience answered and clarified all answers.
