The Geek Squad installed my backup hard drive quickly and professionally

I bought a brand new HP touchscreen laptop and arranged for in-home service to have my data transferred from my prior HP to my new HP. These guys did a fabulous job, not only transferring my personal data but transferring pretty much everything on my hard drive. My new home screen looked just like it did on my old laptop. Also, they were very accommodating and patient with my questions of which they were quite a few. So I highly recommend a home visit.

Mark N., the Geek Squad Agent ( BB Levittown, NY) did a superb job of setting up and transferring data to my new MacBook Air laptop computer. He was very professional, kind, patient and addressed all the issues that I raised with the urgent sense of resolving them all favorably to my greatest satisfaction. What an excellent job he did likewise In syncing all my other Apple devices.

Data transfer was requested along with our new pc set-up. Robert Johnson came to our home and immediately got to work! Everything was done to our complete satisfaction. The agent installed my new desktop computer, transferred data from my old computer, and installed new programs. He patiently explained the features of the new computer and programs and answered all my question. He was extremely helpful. He made certain that every feature worked and that I knew how to use it.

The agents installed my new desk top computer and quickly, efficiently transferred all my data from my old computer to my new one. They also explained some new features and checked to see that my email was operating correctly. They were polite and observed all safety precautions necessary (wearing masks, gloves, etc.)

The Best Buy representative was very helpful and explained everything, he answered all my question and did a great job. He came to my house and it didn't take long at all. When I did the last Data backup transfer at Apple, I had to leave my laptop there for about a week to do the same thing.

As part of my new computer installation, I opted for the data transfer as I had a fair amt. of family photos that I wanted to maintain. The transfer was seamless. Kent did a wonderful job and had me to check afterwards to make sure everything transferred over as I wanted.

The installation was very good but I think that the computer should be explained and demonstrated more thoroughly. I had to configure the printer and I had to have my virus package down loaded. This was not an easy chore for me as I am not computer savvy. The person installing should ask more questions to know what the user is capable of doing.

The Geek Squad agent was friendly to both my husband and I. He quickly transferred data from out old laptop to our new home computer system. He made sure everything looked familiar to us...and asked us to check things out before he left. We are very grateful for such professionalism.

The guys took all the information off my old computer and installed it onto the new one. They were very efficient, arrived on time and were very pleasant to work with, answering all my questions. I was very pleased with the service.

The agent (Justin) arrived within the promised window, was friendly and finished the data transfer job quickly. He did all expected work and gave us information on returning the old PC to the store which we did not know we could do. Very pleased and the system is running well.

The tech set up my computer and printer. I am happy with the set up. He answered the questions I had. I probably have more, but can only absorb so much. He had a friendly nature, and didn't seem bothered by quesrions, some repetitive.

The agent set up my new computer & transferred all the data from my old computer to the new one. He took the time to make sure I knew how to handle the new operating system & was comfortable with the new features.

The Geek was very efficient in unhooking my old computer and connecting my new computer. He got me into AOL MAIL, BANK OF AMERICA, Facebook (I can't log in). I should have some training minuvering between programs without difficulty .Google was added, I haven't tried that yet. I am hoping that it will get easier for me.

If your computer is an older one, save yourself the trouble and get Geek Squad to transfer your data over to your new computer. It was well worth the money. I had tried all week to get my pictures off my old computer with no success. In less than 15 minutes, all done.

The in-home technician transferred my data and files from my old computer to my new computer. Along the way he answered all of my questions and gave me many suggestions. I liked the customer service I received in home.
