The squad, Luis, arrived on time and assessed the situation. He determined I had too much data to complete the transfer in home. I was referred to the store. I brought both computers into the store a couple of days later where the transfer was completed. I was refunded the cost of the in-home transfer without any questions.

Shawn Kiehl was greatl He was very pleasant and easy to work with. He is also a great teacher. He answered my questions in a clear and understandable manner. I would like to use him for any problems in the future.

Ben, the Geek Squad Tech, has been to our home several times installing new equipment or adding programs. My wife and I are in our middle 80's and his expertise is needed with modern technology. His knowledge is amazing.

updated some settings and made some needed changes due to the transfer from the previous/older laptop that didn't get done the first time But appears there may be more needed changes. Still trying to see what all "happened" and if I need more assistance yet.

geek squad was very honest in telling me he could not transfer my information but told me I could try to get it transferred from the store if not they would refund me my money due to not being able to perform the transfer

Bless the Geek Squad to took all my programs and data from the old computer and installed in on my new one. I could never have done it myself and it was well worth the money to have the pros take care of it.

So far the Geek Squad has fixed and sync'd my SAMSUNG computer so that I am hopeful everything will work. Geek Squad very good, product performance so far is poor.

He installed my printer and cleared up a few problems I was having on my computers. In addition he help me install the old printer at an other location with an old computer.

Lost icons in my lower tray. It turned out to be a task bar set up issue. It was resolved. I recorded written set up instructions in case it happens again and I can resolve on my own.
