The service technician was friendly, extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He made the transfer of data extremely easy. I was very pleased with this service.

First of all, it's a beautiful computer. Then the monitor is 27 inches. I can see everything. The keyboard and mouse complete the suite.

Chris Vogt programmed our printer and fixed the issues with Chrome , Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful and professional, job well done

the fix what was wrong with my compute, but when I asked him another question about my computer he was very short with me and said he had explained that to me the last time he was here. Which I did not apricate at all and still have no idea why the computer is do it. Please the next time you send someone out , please make it someone else. I made an appointment for 09/01 that was suppose to be at my home but when I went to print it ot it read like it was in the store in Orange Park, FL. will you please look into this and change it to my home. Thank you.

Wonderful service Setting up our new computer and transferring data over. Very helpful in eligible. Showed us how everything worked and went above and beyond.

The agent also explained the dos and don't so this old customer could understand each function and how to get the best of this new printer.

New computer, not all of our programs and data transferred for us. The geek squad came to our house, located the files and programs and transferred everything for us.
