    Need to finish copying files from my old hard drive files that didn't get all transferred during 1st in home service, files missing, cloud did not complete or satisfy all my requirements. Unable to secure home service appointment due to phone tag situation, not using 'Text' as asked, or using home phone instead for communication.

    The data transfer was not simple. When tech arrived at my office, the tech informed me that I should have had the work done in store. Also the data transfer takes much more time than what I was told it was going take. I wasn’t happy upon hearing this. The tech was persistent to solve the problem and it took 4 different visits for this data transfer to happen.
