    I had the geek squad come to my house to move data from my old computer . Apple Care told me my old computer was corrupted. I made sure to tell the geek squad of my concern about transferring data. They obviously did not pay attention and downloaded even the corrupted files.

    After several tries the Geek Squad Rep was unable to do the data transfer It was a very frustrating situation and I am thorough ly not happy Need for you to remedy this problem Thank you

    Tech arrived on time an was very polite, however what he was told to do was not what I ask to be done. The Jefferson City geek squad messed up my computer by not doing what I had ask them to do.

    Geek squad charged me twice for the data transfer and will not take the charge off my card. Called and got transferred 5 times.

    The gentleman that came here was very pleasant & informative. He explained what he was doing so I was aware, I had some questions about other issues with the new laptop which he answered & I truly appreciated that. Apparently the original setup at the store they had put in g mail & I had yahoo mail so I couldn't create a microsoft password. He corrected that.
