I hadn't even thought about if something were to happen to our families laptops. They recommended a hard drive and did the back up for me and now we don't have to worry about losing anything.

My infected computer was repaired and returned to me the same day I brought it in. It has been working fine since the the Geek Squad repaired it. I totally trust and recommend them!!

I recently had to purchase a new hard drive. The two agents I dealt with were knownledable and helpful. The only problem I had was the hard drive was not as fast as I expected it to be.But service was great.

didn't know much about it. was asking questions on how to set up files on new computer & they talked me into this. I wanted some of my old files put on & geek squad put all my old files on. Not sure how to get rid of some of them & now it is full

Unfortunately my hard drive was lost when I dropped my computer. So they could not transfer my information but they did put new hard drive in & got me on my way

The tower on the computer is working again and I thank the Geek Squad for doing a great job fixing it and I thank the person for doing a great job putting it back together at the house again .

I can't rave enough about the Geek Squad at the Village Crossing in Illinois. Raymond really knows his stuff and I envy the guy for his knowledge. Very helpful and very patient with customers. .

My computer was down was able to retrieve the information and put that information on a hard drive in which I was able to save all the documents and templates I had accumulated over the years great job!!!

I couldn't live without Geek Squad. Most times, I can get my computer needs resolved over the phone, but on the two occasions I had to bring my computer to the store, they were awesome.

The staff was very professional and timing of my repair was efficient. Though they weren't actually able to retrieve the data they kept me informed of all steps throughout the process.

The team listened to my issues with an old hard drive and offered quality product and service. The treat also offered to properly dispose of the hard drive.

Due to os crash, I was advised to purchase a external hard drive. It saved all my documents and pictures. I was pleased with the knowledge and helpfulness of the representative.
