The device and tech support were great. Unfortunately, I waited a bit too long before I purchased and performed my back-up as the WINDOWS update caused my system to crash!

My hard drive was failing and the Geek Squad was able to retrieve all of my data from my lap top. I had a lot of pics & videos that I was worried was lost. Thanks so much!

they were able to save the data that was on the hard drive. Then tested hard drive, needed to replace it. While the were loading the run system the mother board failed. Have to replace the computer.

This product, the WD My Passport Ultra is very easy to use and is ideal for backup and storage of items that can be easily lost on the computer. It is a safe storage device.

no real complaints rescuing most of the data is sure better than loosing it all. My own fault to waiting for failure before backing up everything. Reasonably quick service and they put it all on a portable USB hard drive.

excellent product, I would differently recommend this External Hard Drive to everyone. Very easy to connect, and works fine with any Laptop or Desk top computer.

My local Geek Squad did excellent job saving and securing my huge photo files!!!! Should have done this years ago to save myself all the worry of something going wrong!
