We have had several computer repairs done by the Geek Squad and they have always done a great job. And they have almost always been completed in the time frame they gave us!

Had a desktop computer hard drive issue. Brought it in to Best Buy Geek Squad and they were able to transfer the data to a portable hard disk drive. Now I am able to use the portable hard disk drive as a back up device!

The Geek Squad was good. I didn't know I had to download all the drives on my HP All In One computer. I had to bring my computer back twice due to my files not opening up after transferring.

The Geek Squad successfully backed up all of my data that was on my computer that shut down and wouldn't turn on again. Thankfully I didn't lose anything! The only issue was that it took days to do it.

They take very good care of you - AND you can make an appointment on-line before going in and you don't have to wait. It's like a doctor's appointment - for your device.

Everything worked to plan. Geek Squad backed up everything on the portable drive and nothing was lost during laptop repair. We now have better set up for files.

Brought and old desktop in to have pictures removed from hard drive. Took a few days but they were able to get all the data backed up on a new external drive. Worked great and good communication.

I took my computer in for repair and they ended up just replacing it. the tech recommend the back up in case I lost my files and pictures. I am glad she did.

Being computer illiterate the backup of my old files to the external drive was perfect and it was extremely easy for me to transfer the files to my new computer. Thank you Geek Squad !!

Computer had been compromised. Needed service to insure no permanent infestation, and to back existing information. Am happy with timely and excellent service.

The Geek Squad recovered all of the data on my broken hard drive and included in the service was a Western Digital 500mb SSD to use for backup. They did a great job and the WD drive has operated without a problem.

The team member was able to copy all data from a PC that was no longer functioning properly. A real life saver as there were pictures that we did not want to lose.

I received all of the data I requested. I was concerned that my audio production files would be missed by the technician, but all of my files were included in the data transfer.
