As always great service. Everything that was dear to me was transferred from my old drive to an external hard drive. A big thanks to the Geek squad.

Easy to use IF you read the directions first and then while you are doingi it. Patience is need while it talks to your modem/router and they get acquainted.

Placed an icon on my desktop after downloading the data from the hard drive. Makes a great reference point until you have satisfied yourself it's all there.
