The service was great. The geek squad employee did a great job of explaining everything to me and each scenario in regards to my computer issue.

I was in danger of losing some data when the fix called for a reboot. Agent was able to save to put data on a portable drive while other fix took place. Grateful to keep data.

Hard drive failure on an external hard drive that had all of my pictures for the past 12 years. Best Buy Geek Squad was able to recover ALL pictures, keeping my wife happy.

I thought it was a bit excessive $150 ($50 was the hard drive) when I bought a very extensive warranty plan. I sent my laptop in because of juice being spilled on it. They replaced the audio works but never cleaned up the keyboard. My keyboard is stiff and some keys are stuck because of the spill. I thought the warranty would cover a complete repair. Otherwise, the repair was a lot quicker than they stated, I received it back in a week instead of the 3 to 4 weeks I was quoted. I just wish is was a complete repair.

HP no longer working. Needed updated parts and backup. Geek squad did a terrific job in getting computer up and running perfectly.

These guys are so smart and know what they are doing. My hard drive failed after an Windows 10 update. They knew what to do and so friendly.
