Geek squad pulled my pictures, programs, and misc files off my broken hard drive and put them on this external drive. Easy day for them.

The agents mounted my TV and set up everything for me. They did s great job and explained some of the features of the TV.

I had problems with my computer and thought I lost my data. This product was highly recommended to me by the Geek Squad. Very easy to use.

My old computer died and to make sure I didn't lose any data I had the GS transfer all of it to a removable hard drive. All was done on time and correctly.

Having a backup of your computer is very important. If the hard drive goes bad & you need to do a recovery it will cost you more than this.

When the first back up was done it did not work, had to go back and have it reinstalled. Thought I was the one that had screwed up. Was fixed on the second trip

Bought this several years ago to back up my important files and still have plenty of storage left. Would recommend definitely.

While working on my computer the Geek squad did a great job with there backup and had data lost. Will always use them.

Was glad to be able to obtain this product but wish I had it prior to needing it. Cost to much for geek squad to download my information.

Helpful, carefully explained how repair worked. They were able to save items in hard drive even though the computer wasn't repairable.
