Nice to have backup.

They did a satisfactory job.

When I returned to pick up the drive, I had to wait in line again behind others who were turning in their equipment for repair, and that took quite some time. I was not impressed at all with the service this time.

only able to do part of the work

They didn't copy everything over and lost some of my software that I can't get back that we use for business. They didn't bother to tell us that they would lose my software. Huge inconvenience and very costly.
