Geek squad service contract produces results
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Both diagnostic agent Shary L. and the technical agent who corrected the problem with my back-up program, Michael A., were competent, professional and communicated effectively about the problem I was having and the solution they were proposing. The end result is that my back-up program is functioning as planned.

Poor Geek Squad Repair

Geek Squad backed up all my data to an external hard drive and reloaded windows. Added WebRoot because they said it is the best. After taking computer home, one week later it's not booting up again and is back at Geek Squad for repair.

Computer needed a power supply which I bought elsewhere for $27. which another store helped me with.

Waste of money

Buyer beware - can only be charged thru a laptop

Very dissapointing to a frequent travler like me that you cannot wall charge this system without voiding the warranty.

Microwave vibrates loudly.

Mishandled Hard Drive Failure, Waste of Time
