This device was much needed when my old PC crashed & I thought I lost all my data. THe tech at Best Buy was not only able to save all my files but now I have the piece of mind from having an external drive to back up my files in the future.

I really liked the discount that was offered with the product tax free that is always a relief. Although the sale guy was courteous he still lack information on the product . But I would diffidently recommend to a friend. That's best buy.

The data transfer service that Best Buy's Geek Squad provided for me was great. My old computer had stopped working. However, they were able to backup all of my valuable data to a high quality external hard drive.

Go ahead and have your old computer transferred to your new computer. It is awesome having your old stuff on a new computer. You can look over your old stuff and do new things as well.

Geek Squad saved all my data as my Hard Drive needed to be reconfigured. They provided the backup next day plus 30 days access which was most convenient as it took some time to get the Operating System fixed.

Geek squad suggested I buy one of these external back ups to preserve my work. I always thought the backup you do internally was enough. It is so easy to backup everything with this external drive. Great buy!

They took the info off the hardrive of my crashed Asus computer and loaded it on the external drive, done quickly and thoroughly, had me up and running on my spare computer in two days after the crash.
