In store agent was helpful and suggested solutions
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Being able to talk face-to-face with a person that really knows computers and is able to suggest solutions is wonderful. In addition, my computer had to be sent in to the tech center in order to be fixed. The in-store agent explained the procedures and costs that would be involved. Then, once my computer reached the tech center, I was contacted with explanations and a time frame within which the repairs would be finished. When the drive was completed, I was again contacted to let me know what outcome they had achieved, and that the computer was on the way to my home store. I am still amazed at the level of professionalism and the constant care and communication that I received! Personal, Professional and Competent . . . how could it get any better?
