    Data recovery had to be sent to leveln1 now level 2. This was disappointing since the agent felt about 95% certain they would obtain data at level 1 as he could see my data. It has gone to level 2.

    Was charged shipment although covered by Total Tech membership. Called to follow up after a two weeks to have A Total Tech membership agent cold transfer to Geek Squad who placed the call on hold for over 10 minutes. Unprofessional service and tedious process. Buyer beware.

    The store could not recovery my data. They sent it to Level 2; and they could not recovery my data. With an additional $1,500 they sent it to a Level 3, which they said I should hear from them in 4 to 8 weeks. (Two months?)
