    Your tech did not know what he was doing and I ended up losing a whole years worth of data on memory. I went to another computer technical service to try to have it repaired but to no avail. I will not use your tech services again. It's cost me thousands of dollars in lost time and documents.

    Data recovery had to be sent to leveln1 now level 2. This was disappointing since the agent felt about 95% certain they would obtain data at level 1 as he could see my data. It has gone to level 2.

    Was charged shipment although covered by Total Tech membership. Called to follow up after a two weeks to have A Total Tech membership agent cold transfer to Geek Squad who placed the call on hold for over 10 minutes. Unprofessional service and tedious process. Buyer beware.
