great open world game, kind of mad max gameplay......

Yes days gone is here finally. the graphics, man look so good and for people that like zombie games and a mix of little all everything this is the best. Putting aside some bad reviews out there because some people don't like zombie games that doesn't mean days gone is a bad game. Because they just want to trash Sony exclusive games.

I finished the game, now that number 2 is not coming.  I feel like I have to start the game all over again to play again. BEST GAME!!

An interesting game. At first I wasn’t really enjoying the game, but as the game progressed it got really good.

The game goes on at least ten hours longer than it needs to, but it's still a fairly solid post-apocalyptic open world game.

Good story, the missions were challenging but fun and I liked the game even better once I started getting upgrades for the bike and weapons. The best PS4 third person game I've played in a while.

The best game I have played this year. I don’t understand how games like ac odyssey and sekiro get high reviews when they are trash and a great game like days gone get low review when its a masterpiece!

Graphics are good, controls are good, combat is good. The open world is a bit lifeless but the more I play this game the more I like it. The story is solid even though the main character can be a bit goofy.

I've been waiting for this game since E3 2016, I've kept up with the development and had patience at every push back; even had to redo my pre-order a few times because of date changes. After it finally being released and beating it, it was sadly not worth the wait. One of the biggest selling points that was severely marketed was removed because the polled players are to ignorant to understand in game decision making, which I was looking forward to. I enjoy games where I feel like I can actually make a choice and make my experience a little more unique. The game was buggy and glitchy, my character and in game characters would routinely "fall through the map" and die, audio would be out of sync, graphics would freeze up. It feels like half the game is unnecessary jump cuts where it should have flowed as one seamless scene, or better yet we didn't need a jump cut or a cut away seen. Many of the missions and decisions don't even align with the archetype of the character Deacon so some interactions seem contradictory. In the end, I'm glad I didn't pay full price, it was amusing to roam the world and take on hordes when I was finally able to but you honestly spend most of the game killing other humans rather than "zombies", searching for crafting crap is tedious but is a nice mix to the start and finish missions. I also enjoy the game being set in PNW, it's a nice change of pace from the NYC/LA type settings. I expected more from Sony Playstation on this, I think they just got in over their heads with the grandiose idea and then fell short in actually creating it. I would wait til this goes on sale to purchase unless you really like "zombie games" and have the money to waste for a few hours of entertainment.

I really hope sony makes a sequal to this work of art.

Well what can i say.. ive been waiting since they announced this game a few years ago. First impression of this game... its glitchy.. when your riding your bike the game feels like it slows way down. The other thing that bothers me about this game is the main character wont stop talking. Whenever you kill someone in the game he has something to say.. sometimes when he walks and gets a radio call he will start yelling lol. This game is a great game and worth getting im just hoping the developers patch the lagging in the game.

Days Gone has received a lot of mixed reviews, but if you're looking for some fun in an openworld zombie game. Look no further.

Didn't know what to expect but really enjoying the game. It's like a farcry, AC, tlou, horizon love child.

Fantastic game. Once I got through Last of Us I wanted another zombie game and this fit the bill.

Days gone is a solid game. It is not in the same league as the post apocalyptic masterpiece, the Last of Us

I am really sorry. I tried so hard to like this game, but it is not finished in the slightest. I won’t bother leaving a long winded review, but short of it is this: Repetitive: Check Bland Story: Check (I mean the main character is the most unlikeable protagonist I’ve played as in quite a bit, and the story would probably be better without him in it) Broken AI: Check Broken Geometry and Bad Level Design: Check The game looks pretty I guess? That’s all I can really say. Save yourself the headache, believe the game journalists that wrote those reviews, the game is not good.
