Good game for what it is, could be better.

A good game in a zombie apocalyptic setting. There could be some improvements such as making sure items are more contrasting from the environment and not having to just stare at the minimap to find everything.

This game has good graphics, decent controls, open environment but its just like every other zombie apocalypse open world game. Very average but its not a bad game. You could play it on mute and not miss anything

The story line is great! But only but if you have a PS4 Pro! I have the newest model of the Slim and it doesn’t really run the game that well. Many FPS spikes and texture loading delays. But other than that great buy.

Driving mechanics on this game are not good at all. I’m not very far into the game and the graphics are amazing and although it won’t stop me from playing I wish they had put a little more effort into driving mechanics

Where do I begin....Well, the graphics are nice, story is mediocre, main characters pretty dull, nothing particularly cool about them except they're bikers. Upgrades & weaponry are very limited & take forever to acquire. Bike constantly runs out of gas too quickly & the map is way too huge for that to keep happening, it's not like you can setup a camp like Red Dead or anything. His moves are way to simplistic & you tend to get your butt whopped alot, especially if you're getting jumped by humans or zombies. Had alot of potential, maybe could be awesome if they had major updates, right now it falls short though

I'm still in the first quarter of the game. I really like it. However, being a grandmother my hand eye coordination isn’t the best so even on easy gameplay I find some things hard to do. Trying to get past a game point by doing it over and over is frustrating.

Days Gone was a great time! I felt like I was in an alternate version of sons of anarchy and I had a blast roaming the deserted streets hunting down freakers! The combat takes a little getting used to but once you do, the fun begins!

Days gone is fantastic, it is a tense game, you have to handle with the lack of ammo, fuel, and supplies to go against hordes of zombies and well-armed humans. Very fun game, everyone who likes post-apocalyptic games should play this one.

This gane is okay in my book although I did platinum it. Characters are a bit hit or miss. Has some pretty terrible tropes that I won’t go into here. Overall the gameplay is fun, but can get very repetitive.

Days gone plays smooth but looks pretty average to todays standards. The game has its moments but the story drags on and is too long in my opinion. Repetitive and another cookie cutter open world experince.

I really did enjoy this game a lot. The only thing I would have liked is Co-op added. Great as a single player game, but being able to clear out hordes with a friend or two would have really made it perfect.

Think of it as Red Dead Redemption 2 but set in modern times and instead of a horse, you have a motorcycle. It's much less polished, and not as deep as RDR2 but if you enjoyed that game, you'll like this one. It can at least hold you over til Last of us 2 drops

First 5 hours is fun trying survive into the running zombie area with human enemies too. However I was expecting more like 100 zombie vs yourselves like the preview but looks like not and just keep surviving with several zombie vs yourselves.

This game has a lot of positive things going. Gameplay and premise is pretty neat. Large zombie hordes also is a cool tech and really shows off the engine. Story holds this game back from being great.

The world and rpg mechanics are the highlight in this game. I never knew such Joy existed in simply riding around picking flowers. Upgrading your bike after enough missions with a camp is fun. Installed a death standing gas tank, good stuff. The bad however crippled this game. Certain missions, the game fails at showing you what it wants and the difficulty spikes artificially bc of this. The story imo falls flat. I won't go into detail but I just did not like where it went at all. In a word: infuriating. Simply cannot recommend this game.

    Not Worth The Wait

I've been waiting for this game since E3 2016, I've kept up with the development and had patience at every push back; even had to redo my pre-order a few times because of date changes. After it finally being released and beating it, it was sadly not worth the wait. One of the biggest selling points that was severely marketed was removed because the polled players are to ignorant to understand in game decision making, which I was looking forward to. I enjoy games where I feel like I can actually make a choice and make my experience a little more unique. The game was buggy and glitchy, my character and in game characters would routinely "fall through the map" and die, audio would be out of sync, graphics would freeze up. It feels like half the game is unnecessary jump cuts where it should have flowed as one seamless scene, or better yet we didn't need a jump cut or a cut away seen. Many of the missions and decisions don't even align with the archetype of the character Deacon so some interactions seem contradictory. In the end, I'm glad I didn't pay full price, it was amusing to roam the world and take on hordes when I was finally able to but you honestly spend most of the game killing other humans rather than "zombies", searching for crafting crap is tedious but is a nice mix to the start and finish missions. I also enjoy the game being set in PNW, it's a nice change of pace from the NYC/LA type settings. I expected more from Sony Playstation on this, I think they just got in over their heads with the grandiose idea and then fell short in actually creating it. I would wait til this goes on sale to purchase unless you really like "zombie games" and have the money to waste for a few hours of entertainment.

THE GAME IS A BIT SLOW AT FIRST AND OFTEN FEELS DRAGGED OUT, BUT I LOVE THE OPEN ENVIRONMENT AND FREE ROAM, WELL UP TO A POINT THAT IS.. HOWEVER THE RUNNING FEELS AS IF THE CHARACTER ISN'T REALLY MOVING.. OVERALL IT'S PRETTY GOOD...
