Fun Game, Great Story!

It reminds me as if The Last of Us was open world. I say this because the game is very similar. It deals with "Zombie like" apocalyptic conditions, you have a very good story, and have a very fun and effective crafting system. There is an emphasis on stealth in certain parts, but the game lets you make that choice yourself! There are parts that can be a little repetitive. However this is quickly a non-issue as you continue to explore.

Good & Engaging but not great or exception

The story is quite good except for the complicated marriage. Their interactions don't quite seem believable once you get about 10 hours into the game. Great controls and fun action. This is not a bad game at all. I will definitely be getting my money's worth out of it. I would suggest it if you like the price and enjoy Spiderman/Watchdogs type gameplay.

This game deserved a better reception

I originally wasn't too interested in it, but after watching some streamers, started to change my mind. Then I saw the review at IGN and thought it might be Fallout 76 all over again. On a whim, I decided to let my watching-impressions prevail and I was NOT disappointed. I don't know what the reviewers problems were, but I'm loving Days Gone.
