My order came on time as well as no damage to the package at all. Plus the tracking was accurate which was nice. As of right now Best Buy has my trust when it comes to preordering games from them. Especially any steel books that may be available. Overall I am satisfied. Side note the game itself is just plain dumb fun as long as your expectations are reasonable.

I bought the game with mid expectations and ended with... mid expectations. You choose between 6 mid tier characters with cringe dialogue (not as bad a new Saint Row though). Story is nothing compeling just go here, go there. The environments look really good, lots of breakable objects. Use the environment as your weapon, puddle of water, throw some thing electrical. The best part of the game, the flesh system where flesh tears where you hit it. Just go into the game expecting to kill zombies in many unique ways. I am hoping that Season Pass improves on what they have now.

I got this when it was on sale and im not disappointed. The game itself is great. The extra stuff is alright. Definitely wont buy it full price, so if you see it on special it’s a must have 

Very fun collectors editions. The steelbook has a tiny chip on the back which is a little discouraging. Really enjoyed the first one and after 10 years the 2nd one has arrived!

Surprisingly fun zombie game. Story is average at best, but it never gets old watching zombies turn into goo. Very reminiscient of the first game despite being by a different developer.

First and foremost this game is absolutely gorgeous. The city of Los Angeles is captured really well here even if it is filled with zombies and chaos. Secondly, this game is really fun with friends. I was convinced to purchase this game because two of my friends recommended it and we completed it together. We are currently on our second playthrough and we're still enjoying the game. And lastly, I love the callbacks and references to the previous game. Although it was a new team taking on this IP, they were able to show respect to its predecessor. I highly recommend this title if you're looking for a game with one or two other friends to play with.

Game was well worth the wait. Im so glad they decided to focus on zombie killing, made the game so fun being able to see the inside of them, and how each one was almost unique in its own way.

Great game and I’m not a big fan of first person games. Feels meh at first but once u upgrade your weapons, you’ll love this game. Story is meh but gameplay and graphics are great

Very fun game, I decided to get the 100$ version and it was definitely worth it. Came with a bunch of cool items and some unique weapons that make the game even better.

story is pretty eh but its a dead island game so what did you expect but combat on the other hand is something else. its super good

I haven't exactly started the game yet, but buying the Hell-A Edition was definitely worth it! I love all the little extras that came along with it like the patch and tarot cards!

Ok it is more of the same from the first game but it executed way better. Graphics are good, I did not encounter frame issues. Still is a fun game.

Gory game with great dark humor. I wish there was more, but I was satisfied with the game. Great side quests, little to no bloat, not open-world, which is a plus in my book. Needs endgame or a new game plus.

Having completed the game I bought two months ago, I can confidently say it was an incredible experience. The gameplay was immersive, providing a lot of enjoyment. My only wish is that it lasted longer—I found myself wanting more. Overall, a fantastic gaming adventure that left a lasting impression.

Great game. Doesn’t have the magic and feel of the original DI, but still a solid and fun game! Game play is solid. Packaging was done well. Bonus game content was great, but would have liked the content of the collectors edition to have better items. Horizon Forbidden West came with figures. A figure. would have been a great add to the collectors edition.

Good story. Crazy weapons. Graphics was phenomenal
