Great game , better than I expected it to be . Very hard to play though

I played Dead Island and Dead Island Riptide probably 3 or 4 times and loved them, so naturally I purchased Dead Island 2 as soon as I got paid. The game is tons of fun. Lots of different weapons and modifications to slash up some zombies. I’ve only played one character so far, Dani. I adore her, and her diaglogue options. I’ve also started watching a playthrough with Carla’s character, and she seems pretty awesome too. The storyline is also interesting, albeit a bit predictable at times. If you’re looking for fun and to hack some zombies, this is the game for you.

Solid game- nothing crazy new but good fun for 10-15 hours of smashing zombies with some solid gore

Got the game for a steal from BestBuy, it came well packaged and had no issues out of the box whatsoever. The game is great and was one I was looking after for some time.

The fun doesnt end in this game! From the storyline to the weapons customization to the side qquests. Thecharacters in this game keep you laughjg and the gameplay keeps you involved and womdering whats next. Takes about 12 hours to do everything but i took my time and am still playin it a even after its been beat. Compared to the originals this lives up to it…miss the jungle feels BUT the graphics and spacial areas make up for that

Loved the first one and this one did not disappoint. Wish it did t take so long to come out but if you enjoyed the previous titles you will enjoy this one.

Great franchise and very much fun playing with siblings. And for 20 bucks, a lot of bang for your buck.

It’s fun but repetitive. Constantly having to cycle out weapons can be a nuisance and I hate having to constantly go through menus. The gore system is impressive and the Small semi open world sections are pleasant and fun to explore. While it’s a good experience overall, it doesn’t do anything that makes me want to keep coming back.

I'm playing solo and it is still a fun game. It allows you to be creative and deal with the zombies any way you can. I love how you can see the zombies deteriorating body parts the more damage you do and also if you burn them they look burned but still come after you. It's unique and it's my favorite thing in this game.
