Best buy took away so many perks and i dont shop here anymore. When they have $10 game deals.. the games suuuuuuck. Maybe you get one mediocre game, do better bestbuy or you will be gone. Also you charge $200 for the insider club.. what a joke

Runs well on PS5 but gameplay is largely Fedex-style.

not really good i mean the game is beautiful and all but kojima is known for the stories he tells i the games and well i don't know what i t was expecting when i really don't even like the metal gear games

Possibly the best story in a game. Every aspect of the gameplay is in service of the narrative. I've never experienced anything as surreal through this medium before. Definitely not for everyone. It may be a stretch, but a decent comparison would be Eraserhead. There is so much here that is meant to annoy or be tedious, that a casual player will more than likely despise it. But if you're looking for something different, or an actual work of art, this is well worth your time.

They sold me the game as new and the bag came all torn and only half, it is easy to see that the store sent it open and the game box came in pieces, it is impossible that it was a matter of the courier that opened the package because It was still sealed, however, more than one game came inside and this was the only one to arrive in that mediocre state.

This is a tough one. I almost wanna give it 3 stars but i just couldn't handle the lenghty super far in between distances to go just to be a delivery-walling simulator. Watching a movie version edited on youtube made it way better. I may be biased but least ill admit it. I've been a courier for over 15 years! This game was so secretly and well hidden to the public til literally release day! They went off hype and hideo's name only to sell this game! I refused to buy it because i had no clue ehat islt was ablut and i won't buy a game over a self inflated name. Hideo is a nametag and he can't write stories very well. People other then hideo made metalmgear solid and another man wrote the majrkity of mgs. However the culture over there, they slapped Hideo name on it and leople gave him all the credit. Thats not fair when other people did the writing and all the work. Anyways imagine my surprise when 8 hours of walking and getting to point a to be was nothing but walling and delivering packages! I was dumbfounded and said heck no. I do this for a living and refuse to play a game that relates to what I do for a living. To then get a bad rating cause i had no idea how to get to point b worhout losing, damaging, getting wet, tou are rated on how good, fast, and all items are untouched or undamaged! Only way to figure this game out was to youtube it. I refused for hours cause inwantes to do it myself. So 8 hours into the game i barely got anglance at what everyone says id an amazing story. Sorry but 8 hours I barely got any story! This game was a 50-50 game. You either love or hate it. After watching guides over a yesr later i see how, where, and what to do. Also the imbedded poltics am not a fan of. Its easy to kill anyone that goes after you but the consequences are severe. Gotta take so much time out of tour way to dispose of the bodies! So annoying and time consuming. Hidoe always implemented killing is wrong in any given situation. Its better to run away honestly. However to just find out how to get point a to b with a perfect rating, to finally 12 hours to get some story. The story is good, but to get the story took way to long. Unless you look up how to make this game easier by which way to go, what items are needed to build bridges or any other means of faster transportation or shortcuts. For people like me who refuse to get online for help this game took way to long and I already am rated in real life for delivering packages and don't need a game also doing the same thing. So this game wasn't for me for personal reasons. However emotions aside i tried for 20 hours! Thats to long. I tried as a ultra mega fan of hideo. Nor.ally ill know within a few hours if the game is for me, but loyalty and being a fan kept me going for to long. Took me over a year to finally realize and review my reasons and how this game just made things to far and between. Nothing kept going. I jist didn't care anymore. I finally wathced an edited movie version of this game. That was a 5 star video! However it takes way to long and I'm nit the only one who labels this a walking delivery simulator. I see why people give a good review. Many just go by lyalty and the cideos they watched. It saddens me to give this review and it took me an long time to do so. I bought the ps5 version onky to be a loyal fan and support Hideo. I finally ipened my eyes and realized this game just isn't for me and nobidy wanted the game in my family so I returned it today.

Yes we all know the game is superb, so let’s talk about the great aspects of this directors cut: 1) the dual sense controller. Utterly brilliant. Every little step rumbles left and right on the controller… and by surface. I’m genuinely amazed the effort placed into this and it adds so much. 2) sound. I thought it was always good but it sounds amazing on my dolby set up. 3) graphically some nice additions. I personally just play “quality” mode and get pretty much 60fps locked through out. It looks incredible on an OLED. The new gameplay elements are nice, and if you haven’t played this it’s a must have on PS5. If you have played it, I’d struggle to recommend a double dip approach unless it’s been a while since you last played. Wonderful game.

The product came very quick. The product was on a good sale on best buys website. It was the best deal for the game at the time.

Death Stranding is a great game and is a must have for any gamer. Great graphics and playability. I would definitely get this one.
