I have played the trough the beginning of the story so far. i like the game play and the graphics thers a lot of detail and an interesting story. Looking forward to contuing when i get some more time.

This is one of the most unique games in every way I can think of. And in a GOOD way. I think, if you like to accomplish small goals, or organize your living space.. you’ve love this game . ( I know that sounds weird, but it’s so fun)

This isn't going to be a game for everyone. You're actively discouraged from killing living enemies. You spend most of your time traveling from Point A to B. Stealth and avoiding enemy encounters are high priority. The story isn't your atypical military shooter. In fact, it's weird, somewhat philosophical, and heavily leans into exposition with the world. However, there is some sort of serenity when you deliver packages. If played online (you don't need Playstation Plus!), you can connect with other players and their structures, vehicles, packages, and little messages they leave around the world. It's essentially easy mode. These random tidbits of life in an otherwise lonely world add to the serene tone.

Get ready to have your brain fried and popcorn ready for these cutscenes. They look beautiful by the way. game has learning mechanics and a bit repetitive gameplay, but it gets a pass since its Kojima. Go play the game, its in your hands.

This game is pretty amazing for the new type of gameplay it has. There isn't much shooting but the traversal mechanics are pretty amazing. I ended up putting in over 60 hours into this game and it never got boring.

Been a Kojima fan since Metal Gear Solid. Therefore I MUST PLAY THIS and experience the story........Will update this review as soon as I am done.........

I had a very good time traversing a far stretched land of a long lost civilization all while reconnecting the last remaining survivors to government wifi, fighting off ghosts and avoiding time rain.

I got this because it was on sale, but it ended up being one of my favorites. Really different kind of game.

Beautiful game. Story sometimes has long slow drawn out travel mental but the game looks so good, you can look past it. Plus Darryl is the star in the game so it can do no wrong

This game is a really, really, slow burn. It's not your typical action type of game, but if you just sit back and take it all in, it's freaking awesome. No regrets buying it, you just have to set your expectations accordingly.

not for me, it feels like a delivery simulator, the gameplay and graphics are tight but the story is boring and the activities are even more so. you gotta be really patient to play this game

Graphics are top knotch. Sound is pretty good. Soundtrack is decent. The landscape and level design is pretty good. Very relaxing to play. Just walking up or down a hill can be challenging at times. Must have if your a fan of Kojima.

They have paid off so far. The game is a bit too long, the plot is absurd, but the gameplay is interesting and engaging - a fetch quest simulator that actually makes you care about the fetch quest.

I’ve only been playing a few days now It’s a lot of walking but it’s a decent story not great but they sound track is awesome and the Norman likeness is spot on on sale it’s worth picking up

I was pleasantly surprised how this game is. I have only played a couple of hours and can say that the story is unique and interesting. The landscape reminds me of Shadow of the Collosus, beautifully made. I highly recommend this game.

Not bad. I don't mind trying new or different ideas in games. It could be better but I paid for this game on sale. I would say that for the price it was a good deal.

It made me feel like I was on vicodin. When you play it you realize you're playing something special by an artist and visionary. Social commentary is great. Antitrump and Brexit but guess it can't be perfect. Graphics are unreal.

Not what i expected but still an interesting game. Definitely Kojimas weakest game but still better than most games out there. Got it for cheap ($20) so its worth the entry.

Who knew that COVID-19 would transform our world into something that Death Stranding players could relate to from the in-game world? A great and unique PS4 game for those not looking to play competitive multiplayer games.
