Death Stranding is very odd to me since whenever I play it I feel bored however I can't put it down. It takes a very involved approach on walking simulator and wont be for everyone or anyone.

Yes, a walking simulator, but also a horror survivor stealth game with third person gunplay. The story is convoluted and full of reveals and an awesome ride from start to finish. Kojima at his freest.

Still trying to figure out how to do some things but if you only played through the story setup it would be worth the money. Great graphics and sound and so far a great story line. I see hours on this one as a single player!

Death Stranding is not necessarily an amazing game by traditional standards, but the social aspects make it a unique and unrepeatable experience.

Great game! Good story line, not the typical shallow kill everyone theme of a number of other popular video games out there. It's an adventure to play and learn and grow as you go kind of game.

Really pretty game. Has a $10 upgrade to make it the PS5 definitive edition. The gameplay might not be for everyone.

The game has great graphics and a very complex and detailed storyline. The game is a little slow in the beginning but does pickup as you go along.

Your mileage will vary with the very slowly paced and deliberately limited game play, but I found something very Zen about carrying packages across an absolutely gorgeous world.

Starts off slow and a lot of walking and running around long distances. This makes it seem a little different then I expected. Most reviews are four or five stars so I will keep playing

Got this as a present for my baby sister and she really enjoyed the game! It's very beautiful and I can always appreciate a project that involves Kojima, Del Toro, and Reedus.

I wasn't sure about this game when it first came out. But it went on sale and thought I would give it a shot. So glad I did. The graphics are incredible and the gameplay is shockingly fun. Highly recommend.

First of all, I haven't play this game. But I have watch my girlfriend play it for a couple of hours, as a viewers, I appreciate how interesting this game is. I could watch her play this game and I would never be bored.

Love Kojima but wasn't really to sold on this title. After a couple days of play I've honestly gotta say I've been hooked since day one really unique game definitely a trend setter for future genres and next gen consoles.

If you are familiar with Hideo Kojimo you will understand the way the story is out there. The game play can be boring for some as you are walking everywhere but if you let the experience take you in it can be amazing.

65 hours in and I'm enjoying the unique/bizarre story, the different travel methods, and building pathways through different environments with non-intrusive other players. Runs great on a non-Pro PS4.

I really liked this game, only for the open minded individual. Something that you'll experience once in a lifetime. Hideo saves the day. Would buy/play again. Cheers!

I would say it's a good game but it won't be everyone's cup of tea. It has a slow burn at the beginning but eventually it opens up but the one thing it has going for it is the visuals.

Best game of 2020. It’s weird and not fun at times, but the story and themes are so unique and haven’t been seen in other games. Highly recommend, but def not for everyone.
