This game is so artistic and the graphics alone are so stunning!! It’s a very interesting and creepy game based on the story. It’s so awesome uncovering bits and pieces at a time through flash backs. The game is realistic on the carting and distribution of weight. If you carry too much you will start to fall over. I really hope this game wins game of the year!

I'm very pleased with my purchase. The story, the gameplay, the music (semi annoying one time, but it's brief), and lore... It's all pretty good. Nothing overly cheesy for me. No spoilers in this review though. I do recommend that you get this game, so go get it! I enjoyed doing the side quests and exploration. Can get grindy if you're a completionist.

One of the most oddly satisfying games I have played in years. The visuals are breathtaking, and Kojima knocked it out of the park with the narrative (in my opinion). It took a little time getting used to the gameplay, and felt a little slow at the start, but it kept me wanting to proceed until the end. Worth the buy.

It is kind of boring in the beginning. Really feels like a walking simulator, but then when weapons start to become a thing and zip lines unlock, the game really evolves into something enjoyable. It’s a shame the beginning 8-10 hours drag.

After years of waiting for this game, I'm not sure what I was expecting but it wasn't this. I played a bit of the story and found it entertaining in ways I couldn't imagine. Give it a try if you like those oddball games is all I can say. Worth the time however I do not foresee myself finishing this title.

So far this has been an interesting game that I was not expecting until I started to readthe reviews. The story is very Kojima, but I am enjoying it. It is hard to put this game in a catagory. Think of it as action with tasks. I think everyone should try it, but alot of people will not really like it.

It's super depressing. And gloomy. And creepy. But it's still a very good game. Flawless mechanics, solid storyline. Great voice acting from well known actors. But the story is too weird.

Awesome atmosphere and very fun to play, also very challenging

So far, so good. Cinematic, story based. Not a ton of action so far, but the story is amazing, so that keeps me hooked. If you're looking for a shooter with a bunch of action, you'll be disappointed. If you're looking for an amazing sci-fi odyssey, then you'll love this.

Kojima brings a lot of fantastical ideas to the table in this title, with a really intriguing and unique story and world-building, but occasionally falls a little flat due to slow pacing. The core gameplay loop gets pretty repetitive, but luckily a lot of the most boring tasks are optional.

This game is amazing if you are looking for something that is different than anything else you’ve played recently. There is a lot of down time I’m this game delivering packages from one location to the next but as boring and monotonous as it sounds, it was enjoyable. It didn’t feel like a chore and was one of my favorite games to play.

I consider this game to be very unique. Kojima has put a lot of thought in making this game. You are basically a person who delivers packages and tries to connect everyone to their chiral internet. The gameplay is smooth. The story is immersive. I would recommend it. At first this game is very different but pulls you into the story.

This game definitely surprised me a bit. The concept of becoming an Amazon delivery service wasn't appealing to me, but the graphics were outstanding. I love the fact that it feels like I'm watching a nice 4K movie instead of playing a video game. You'll find yourself completing missions looking forward to the next cut scene.

This game certainly won't be for everyone, but it very much clicked with me. It's slow-paced, but immensely polished, and the story & world around you are so engaging that I never minded the deliberate nature of the game.. I think everyone should at least give Death Stranding a shot. I hope it clicks for you as much as it did for me!
