For a game people criticize as a ups simulation game it’s really captivating visually stunning and it’s easy to get lost in I’m about an hour and a half in and I’ve already hit several plot twists this is definitely not for the masses but amazing none the less

I Picked this game up because the price was decent $35.00 and the game just released last month. So many mix reviews, I thought I just give it a try especially for the price. Thanks Bestbuy for always coming thru with the decent pricing you price matches!!!

The graphic is cool, and impressive. The gameplay is slow for couple of first chapters. Basically, it is a walking simulation to entertain people during Covid lockdown.

The graphics are amazing on the PS4 pro. I'm playing on an OLED TV and the HDR is incredible. The game is a little slow on the beginning but then you unlock items like a bike to deliver cargo. I've been playing it since Christmas 2019 and I like it so far.

I was interested in this because I heard it was very story driven. It is! I love the character development, and the feel of the game. The soundtrack is amazing. It is an acquired taste though, but honestly I would recommend everyone to at least try it out. Also, Norman Reedus is super cool !

Beautiful, smooth accurate controls, great sound design, unique concept. This is a fantastic game. Can get repetitive, but nowhere near boring. I've loved every minute so far. Having real world actors and brand names is apparently becoming a thing in gaming, but business is business i guess.

To say that people have opinions about this game is an understatement. Sure, it's all fetch quests and long cutscenes but if you take that for what it is and just enjoy exploring the world and paving your way through it, you'll have an incredible time with this one.

It is a world roaming game. I haven't played it a lot, but I do enjoy it. I didn't go off what the critics say. It is just a tad bit different than the usual. I did enjoy the baby part. You will get a little chuckle out of it if you play it that far.

Hideo Kojima did an excellent job with Death Stranding! The game is unique and fresh. Death Stranding is not a usual game, and starts out a little bit slow, but after playing for some hours you’ll get hook. Graphics and music are excellent. This game has a great chance to win Game of The Year

May not be for everyone. This is not an action heavy game. It is extremely slow paced. You play as a mail carrier in a post apocalyptic world escorting packages across mountains and large open fields in a series of fetch quests, giving you bits of story as you move forward.

A very interesting story driven game with a unique play style. I waited for this to go on sale. That may have been worth it to be able to upgrade to the PS5 version for $10 via the Playstation Store.

Not super action packed but definitely a fresh style of gameplay. Lots of travel and problem solving through the use of different and evolving tools. The online connectivity between players is pretty cool. You never see them but they're always there.

I don't know if I really expected to go in and have my socks blown off, but it hit some great high and low notes. The story didn't really connect with me, it was a bit too much, but I still enjoyed the gameplay for the most part.

Another masterpiece from the genius Hideo Kojima. From its brilliant, well thought storyline to the gameplay itself, Death Stranding has been a great ride! This is, undoubtedly, one of the best games I have ever played. Everything is just awesome in this game.

Solid game overall at launch. Didn’t experience any bad glitches or anything. Very story driven game so you’ll need to be good with a lot of cut scenes. It’s very original and worth a look.

This game is unlike anything I have ever experienced. It gets a lot of hate, and it is weird and unique, and probably not for everyone. But if you want to go on a really beautiful, very affecting journey, this game is worth it.

Amazing game in terms of graphics, voice acting, story, but man is the gameplay questionable. If you can put up with the gameplay is really a fun time, and I recommend playing it during this pandemic. Wait for a sale if you’re unsure.

I really enjoyed the game. Some didn't like the task/travel chores/quests but with vehicles, it was fun. Get ready for DS2.

This is a game unlike any other. It has to be experienced to be understood. Hideo Kojima masterfully tells a story that only he could come up with. I highly recommend this game to gaming fans looking for something new. Bonus, this game has a fantastic sound track!
