Doesn’t seem to be well built

It felt like cheap plastic and that it would crack in cold weather. The cabinet wasn’t very sturdy and for this having a passive radiator you would want a sturdy cabinet to help control the bass.

Poor durability

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought 2 of the 6500 model for my terrace on September 18, 2019 and they both blew up in less than 45 days of been purchased on November the 2nd, but honestly the first time used them in like party mode. Please note that I'm using an additional Def. Tech sub-woofer (600) to help with the base, which means, that I was not abusing the speakers in any manner. I can't understand how they can cost that much and last such a few time. I don't thing they worth the money.

Blown in eight months.

It was a little muddy in the mid- highs compared to some old Bose Acoustimass I had hooked up in parallel. However, suddenly one night while listen it started sounding like flapping cardboard. Admittedly I had the sound turned up but the receiver was only a 100 amp receiver. The speaker is rated for 200. It was only eight months old. One would think it would have lasted longer.
