Dell chromebook new from box would not hold battery charge. Returned to Best Buy, replaced it right away. Happy with 2nd unit so far although a little getting used to from my regular laptop. I feel it will perform as I want it to.

Bought this for my daughter for 6th grade. She was able to maneuver through it without any issues. Had a little issue setting up a profile for her since she is a minor but that could have partially been user error also.

Bought 3 of these for my kids to use in school. They are faster than I thought, and have been great for basic use (school work, web-surfing, etc). Don't expect to do any heavy processing-intensive work on one, but otherwise they work very well.

Purchased for my sister to use in her school teaching activities. This slim and easy to Cary on her presentation and class work. Just made for quick basic tasks.

I graduated college using this little baby. I think this is a great computer. I think its a little more delicate than I anticipated but the os is great and couldn't beat the price.

Got this for my aunt who lives out of state and is not too great with technology but wanted something so she can video call with and this was the perfect gift. Very user friendly and does the job perfectly.

I bought this for being on the go. And I love it. Loads super fast. Perfect for word processing, emailing, and surfing! I didn’t like that I had to download a few essential programs but you can’t beat the price. I’d buy this again in a heart beat.

If you’re looking for something simple or something to get by until you can afford more, this is great. This was the cheapest option available when I purchased and now I’m ready to upgrade. Thankful for it.

After having a laptop & kindle, I was in the market for a tablet or a slightly smaller laptop. Saw this at an awesome price & got it. LOVE it! I use it between masses when it's slow. As well as at work on break times. I had also gotten a tablet after.

For the price this laptop is perfect, it’s actually pretty unbelievable how cheap it is. It is a little slow to load certain websites or videos, but for basic use of google docs, sheets, slides etc. it’s great.

Ideal for college students who use Google Drive as much as I do, which is everyday and all day. If not I suggest you do. Installed applications, such as Crackle, are a bonus as well. Definitely would suggest buying any version of the Chromebook.

I’ve owned this Chromebook for about one month. For its cost (under $200) and its size, it gets the job done. It can do the basic laptop tasks if you don’t have a bigger or more powerful laptop available.

I purshased this Dell lap top for my daughter who is 9yrs old for Christmas and got a great deal. I can't wait to see my babies face when she opens her gift on Christmas. Best buy have fast delivery and great prices. Thank you again Best Buy!

We got this form my mother in-law that has a hard time with our bigger and heavier computer. She needed something small. We looked for a while and we decided on this one. It has worked out well for her to pay bills and suede on line.

Since I now have my system from work at my house, having this laptop and being touchscreen and so easy to use it allows me to have two systems running. The ease of this laptop goes above and beyond

We purchased this computer for my daughter to use for homeschooling. We love the Google Family Link that let's us help protect her while she uses it. It's a great first computer and has everything she needs. Highly recommended.

I wanted an inexpensive chromebook for my young kids to use which this certainly is. They are happy with it, but to me it is under-powered and lags a bit. Luckily I have more powerful machines for me to use.

Nice entry level chromebook. Has enough memory and power to handle the daily tasks. Easy to navigate and add extra storage through SD card. Also the capability to add extra devices such as a mouse is easy.

I bought this chrome book on Black Friday for an awesome price but was sceptical. Needless to say I strand corrected, my two young sons and love using it so you can imagine the wrestling match we get into.

Chromebook was bought for a 10 year old who uses this style in school Because of that, for the price, you really can’t beat it. Only draw back is that it was even cheaper on Black Friday and I missed out.
