My grandson accidentally stepped on it and cracked the screen. Unfortunately, Best Buy no longer carries these, but I was refunded on a gift card the money I paid for it because I had insurance through geek squad. Has anyone noticed the prices and availability of Chromebooks had changed drastically since the pandemic?
