I pretty much do everything on my iphone, but there are some applications, websites, and programs that I cannot access or that don't work well. I was looking for a laptop and came across this chromebook. It was inexpensive and met all my needs. It is fast and efficient. Would definitely buy again.

Bought it for my granddaughters 12th birthday. She is small in stature so a regular size was too cumbersome for her. This one is perfect, small light and does everything she needs and more. The screen is bright and keyboard is perfect. Best we've ever bought and we've bought lots of laptops.

My son uses this for school and it works great. He watches Netflix as well and plays games on it. Good value!

purchases 2 of these; 1 already has bad battery - the other one is working perfectly fine. Great value for the price; everything is available, i.e, google docs, calculator, games, etc. I have use it daily for everything and have not experienced it being slow at all.

I purchased this chrome book for my niece who is entering high school she was looking for something that was small yet not too heavy not yet too complicated like the max the laptop is easy to use has a long battery life and worth the price

This is my first Chromebook, and I loved the easy setup. I was up and running within 3 minutes of turning it on for the first time. Nice speed, very good clarity, and ease of use. Takes a bit to get accustomed to using the cloud for saving documents. Great value.

This is my first Chromebook. It is an excellent value and is very portable and well built. A nice alternative to a tablet for surfing the web and streaming videos. Handy to have one of these around if you have a child in school that uses Google Docs.

I am still pretty happy with my purchase of my Dell - 11.6 Chomebook. It has not let me down and works amazing. It's small and very easy to tote around with you without even noticing you have a laptop with you since its light and convienant.

My 11 year old son bought this. It’s easy to set up, nice and compact, and the parental controls were pretty quick to configure as well. My son has been enjoying it and it offers everything a young kid needs and that the parents want to have on it as well.

Everything is fine with this chromebook. Get something that has at least 64 GB stoeage. Storage woukd run out soon. Sometimes the curser does not respond to trackpad, mostly when I have a lot of tabs open, maybe because of low RAM.

Bought laptop to take with me when I travel to stay in touch and do a bit of work. It's light enough, and easy enough, to put in any pocket of my luggage, backpack or whatever I'm taking. It works as expected from any Dell product - excellent.

We bought this Chromebook for our 10 year old daughter and she uses it frequently for school and home entertainment. It’s lightweight and portable and lacks sufficient power and memory for her needs. Best Buy’s pricing for this device was competitive.

I was looking for a cheap mini laptop to carry to school, and this one worked great for me. It’s just a bit weird because it doesn’t have the caps lock key and to scroll down you need to put two fingers on the mouse pad and with your other hand you scroll down with one finger. But it is something I can get use to. I didn’t realize until I started using it that you can only use goggle stuff and not download other programs on it, but I don’t mind, it was just bought to type up my work.

I purchased this lap to us for my small business. The size and weight of it is perfect. I can carry it in my bag and won't be weighed down. I would recommend this product to everyone.

This Dell Chromebook is great! Was very surprised how fast it is on making searches. Very well built compared to other lower priced Chromebooks I have researched. Plus the added fact that I can add the SD card I feel is also significant factor for storage of files, pictures & music. Purchasing from Best Buy is always a pleasure as they stand behind each product, give the best service & needless to say the best price. Very happy camper here, thanks Best Buy for your input at the store as well before making this fine purchase.

This little Chromebook will surf the web and will allow you to send and receive email. You’ll also be able to access Google Drive to type and print documents and create spreadsheets. Don’t expect to save anything as it doesn’t have a hard drive. It also doesn’t seem to update itself automatically, so you’ll need to do that manually or make a trip to the geek squad. All in all, it’s a passable machine, but a lightweight compared to a real computer with a hard drive. It just depends on your needs.

I bought this for my 10 year old at Christmas, it is exactly what she needed for her schoolwork. She only uses it for school and watching videos, so don't know how it is for games. Very nice size for her and easy to use.

I wanted something simple just to watch Netflix and to write and this is a great computer for that. It’s so easy to use and works amazing when dealing with different tabs! Has a good battery life as well.

Bought it for my middle school daughter and homework is now a breeze! And she's getting excellent grades. I really love it.

Needed something in a hurry to replace a crashed laptop. It's reasonably fast and useful for web browsing, but I would think twice about using it for any serious school use.
