Great buy. I got it on sale and my son loves it. It did just blank out though. I will be taking to geek squad and hopefully they can fix it. But other than that, my son does every thing he needs to do for school.

Dell does Chromebooks right. Still like new after a year and a half’s school work use. Chromebooks boot faster and stay cooler for your general online browser based school or general needs. Will be buying more in the future.

Purchased for one of my Granddaughters..Easy setup..The price was Reasonable.. Salesman was helpful..She loves it..the windows were easy to set up.Very Satisfied..highly Recommend.

The chromebook served good for basic browsing for my 9 year old for his school and online classes. However, I feel that the chromebook starts to get slow after about 8 months of use.

You can't get more quality for your dollar. Lots of features and functions seamlessly with home network. Wifi connection is improved with signal repeater and allows fast speeds for internet.

My first time owning a chromebook. I'm familiar with Dell products and I've always been impressed w/ their offerings. I've been very impressed with this chromebook and can't wait to get more familiar with this operating system.

Pleasantly surprised with this chromebook considering how cheap it was. Has been used for school by two of my kids, our first time with a chromebook. Will probably buy a touchscreen next because kids are used to it in school.

My Son does a lot of online school games. Being that I am in school I got nervous of sharing my laptop. Caught this on a deal of the day promotion and so far so good. Its nothing fancy but does what we need

This chrome book works, and is a good chrome book for the price. Nothing special, and nothing bad. Under the heading of you get what you pay for, this is fine.

okay for a person starting on a computer and not getting into much trouble in the internet. especially students who are taught on a chrome book it is great.

The color is not sharp but for a boy starting to work on computer is great for his projects. It's also pretty easy size for him to carry around.

I love this device very much. It is extremely quick and easy to use. I am able to multi-task and do several things efficiently. Start up is about 8 seconds from pushing power button until opening Chrome browser. I love it. :)

Great for checking emails and shopping.Still trying to get used to the small screen 11.6 inch I had a 17 inch laptop prior. It does everything that I needed to do so I would recommend it.

This Dell 11.5" chromebook works very good. I have tried every function and have been putting it to heavy use since the day I picked it up from Best Buy. Everything works fine. It is a strong chromebook.

Bought this for my kids to do their elementary school homework on and browse the internet. This is excellent for what it does, but not a high powered machine. The only issue is that I didn’t buy one for each kid.

This one is not the best and I gave it to a friend he liked it, that's the important thing in my opinion a little small for the price sell now

We got it for Christmas of 2018 and it’s a little gem. The kiddos love to watch videos and.movies on it and I use it to surf the internet. Simple, not confusing and so far good quality.

Loved the concept, cloud storage, and light weight, but needs Wifi to be effective, not so great when the plane doesn't have connections.

This is a very well design Chromebook plus hey Its a DELL! I will say TBH I didn't like the feel of the key pad nor even more the touch pad felt very cheap yet thus far very funcitial.
