First Chromebook, fine so far!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was "laptop shopping" and found this at an already good sale price, plus $50 off for trading in my old Windows 10 laptop with minimal storage. I like this Dell product especially for how fast it loads everything. I'm still learning the differences between it and the Windows system, but so far absolutely no problems. I wish, however, it was about 1/2 inch shorter so it would fit the sleeve I bought for my other laptop!

Great laptop for anyone!

The Best Buy employee did a great job explaining what a wonderful package it was! Memory, power and it’s size would be a benefit for my son’s smaller hands to get comfortable with keyboarding. And it was on sale! It’s been excellent!

Great beginner computer

So easy for him to use. He can click on the apps and it takes him to his favorite websites. I can’t think of a simpler more straight to the point laptop if you just want email, read the news on cnn, and watch YouTube videos. It’s also very sturdy and he’s easily able to connect his mouse to the laptop.

Kids like it

Maybe im old school but i like computers that are windows or Mac based. Where I can save files and not have to save everything in the cloud. This computer is very much internet based. If you don’t have internet or don’t know how to use all of the various apps, do not start with this computer.
