This is a very reasonable priced low weight laptop

I bought for my daughter for university no issues.

Use it fir showjng houses and designs o customers.

I don't need a fancy computer with lots of add-ons. But I do want one that does its job everyday with constant slowness or crashes. This did the job.

This laptop is nice but has ghost touch problem which always happen on right side of the screen, My fix was to disable the touch

Purchased this as a gift, it was an open box purchase and works great. Lightweight and easy to use

Maybe we got a lemon, but a lot of glitches and quirks in software and hardware in ours. Spent many hours on the phone with customer service/tech. Not reliable for us and we had to replace it within warranty. Thank you Best Buy for backing us on this replacement (had Geek Squad service).

great capacity, fast, and elegant. dell is one of the best lap top in the market

I love dell products, but this came with really confusing screens. Also, the visual recognition software never worked, nor did the login I created and tested. There seemed to be some kind of conflict between the two. I ended up gibing the tablet away after resetting to factory specs.

Taking courses online with devry and it crashed. A flashing screen on 2 occasions and a lot of freezing. I decided to switch.

I did not like this product. After two days of having it it stated my memory was full. I had not even downloaded anything yet.

extremely disappointed by Geek Squad, they sell to me broken item with half of keyboard non functional under label " excellent condition" open box, first time use was not able to log in windows, was not able to check how this device working, return for exchange. Still want to try how working processor I 5 5 th generation, not sure now and about DELL, was hoping.......

Loved it at first .....but screen went blank and locked up after only 5 days. Return for another brand .

This is the best computer I’ve ever owned, just spent 200$ to have the screen replaced because I dont want another computer

I have enjoyed using this computer. It is easy to use and many great features. It seems sturdy with the push back keyboard.

This was an open box item. It was serviced by Geek Squad and I was ensured it was a working computer. I got it home and noticed an electrical issue in the hinge of the screen causing a burning issue. Immediately returned the unit. Maybe new ones are great, but there is a hinge issue here.

Nice little laptop, a bit heavy for the size but maybe that makes it more durable

I bought this for my college freshman. He loves it.
